This worked thank you. (hd0,1) needs to replace with your hard drive partition. it might be sound like (hd0, gpt2) etc. (hd0....) (hd1...) means your hard drives. Hope that helps in future. Don't be scared. Good luck. :)
This method is effective; however, ensure to locate the correct partition. For instance, in my case, the partition was in a different location (hd0,gpt1). So, be certain to identify the correct partition that contains the Efi folder.

Yep I have the same problem on a gen8 HP DL560 server - I’ve configured the logical drive from the ROM-based array setup utility, and trying to install windows server off a Ventoy 64gb USB, and it boots into this Grub mode and then can’t find this efi file. Stuck!
you gotta find the linux image in your system. If that doesn't work do you still have the usb you used to install linux? Put that in and try reinstalling. Also if you use arch (btw) run archinstall after boot to auto-install arch.
'exit' and click enter ,then choose Microsoft boot from the menu this will boot you to Windows later we have to change default boot method to windows via boot menu

I get the same problem. “File … not found”. Doesn’t say anything about the hd/partition/filesystem - so I think i selected and set the right root hd/partition.
