Recover Windows 10/11 from Any GNU GRUB Error...100% SOLVED!!!

- If you accidentally deleted a Linux OS using the Disk Management system in Windows 10 or 11, and upon restarting your PC, you encounter a 'GNU GRUB version 2.04' error or any other GNU GRUB version error, preventing Windows from booting, there are two demonstrated methods to resolve this issue as outlined in the following steps:
Method 1: Using Commands
1. Enter the following commands:
- insmod part_gpt
- insmod chain`
- set root=(hd0,gpt1)
- chainloader /efi/microsoft/boot/bootmgfw.efi
- boot
Method 2: Using Boot Options
If you continue to encounter errors and your problem persists, follow these steps:
1. Restart your PC and access the boot options menu (in some cases, F2 is used to access boot options).
2. Within the boot menu, select 'UEFI boot.'
3. Set 'Windows Boot Manager' as your first boot priority by pressing F6.
4. Save the changes by pressing F10.
With these steps, you should successfully resolve the issue and be able to enjoy Windows once again.

If it worked then it was coincidence. It's assumed that your EFI System partition is (hd0,gpt1), and sometimes it is. But it could just as easily have been any one of the 9 partitions listed. Without actually checking for this, then how would you know for certain what partition to set root to?
ls (hp0,gptx)/ (try numbers 1-whatever number it ends) and if it says error or file name doesn’t exist then keep trying other numbers

Press f2 (desired key to enter bios) and then go to boot options , then select secured boot to enabled state save , exit and enjoy

I'll tell you what happened,
I was turning on my pc but it was stuck in the lock screen so I held the power off button and turned it on again and it ran an update and popped a bios screen and started downloading and with red letters it said not to off the PC and after that this gnu grub 2.04 screen popped and I really scratching my head please help me, I do not have anyone else to ask.
