    Thank you so much for this video. I do it regularly after coherent breathing. Both help to calm down the headaches and stress. It's truly life changing!

    Beautiful breathing practice and I really noticed the power of incorporating the slow, conscious movement of the arms with the breath. I will definitely be incorporating this exercise in my daily meditation. Thank you, Dr Brown for all of the important work you do!
