    Dr. Brown, thank you for keeping this video up. I return to it so many times during episodes of tremendous stress. I always feel so much better. Very Grateful!

    Hi Dr. Brown,
    My name is Christopher. Thank you so much for this video. I did the entire exercise with you. I have tried to remind myself of the importance of deep breathing. Your exercise really helped me focus well. I really felt good afterwards. I suffer from stenosis of the spine and many other nerve related diseases. It's very painful 24 hours a day and I have to learn different ways to deal with it. I'm glad I found your video. Thank you so much. I will keep practicing everyday!
    Have a blessed day and keep well.
    Christopher

    I wish he made the chimes louder. He talks over them so it's hard to keep pace with the chimes sometimes as I can't hear them over his voice. Other than that annoyance, thank you for the video! I really appreciate it.

    thank you for uploading this breathing exercise led by Dr. Richard Brown. Dr. Brown has many years of teaching breathing exercise and it certainly illustrated in this video. It is easy to do and reduce stress and helps one to stay calm hours after the practice. We all need it. thank you again.

    Thank you for creating this video. Your voice is wonderfully soothing. I'd enjoy another with maybe some more extended silences so I can determine if I have more or less chatter in my mind from the beginning to the end of the guidance.

    I have done this coherent breathing now for 3 months and it is excellent. What is a follow up breathing / more advanced breathing that I can do now ?
    Thank you

    what does it mean if you are doing a lot of yawning while doing this exercise?

    • @mindyutay
      @mindyutay 3 года назад +4

      you are yawning because you have accumulated a lot of stress that is being released, it's normal

    I have difficulty doing this sort of exercise while someone is talking.
    It's easier for me to listen to the instructions then find my own meditative music.
