Technically sure, but I didn't play the land pre combat so that I could discard it to the connive trigger and keep any spell drawn. Without knowing what's on top of the deck/with the info we had at the time it's definitely better to hold the land towards connive than hit for 1 more. Whenever I refer to missing damage or missing lethal I'm usually meaning in a misplay sense, and I stand by that play even if it didn't pan out in this scenario.

22:00 i’m sure you realized this already, but you can float mana until altasaur resolves.
If the opponent had tapped out the mana a little different playing territorial culler, it would have been absolutely crucial

You missed lethal in game 1 when you didnt put Land in play prior to attack for landfall trigger. That was your 1 more dommage gone.
