Regarding the Necrons, I feel some nuance is lost: Yes, their bodies are resilient and easily repaired. As long as their civilization stands, that is true. However, I'd argue their "lifespans" becomes more about the state of their minds, and it is said that for each restoration from "death" their mind-engrams slightly degrade (whether this is just for Warriors or a general rule I don't know) - This means that they slowly tend towards being an inert, lobotomized husk as they exist. In addition, the risk for madness, succumbing to the destroyer-virus or accidental exposure to the flayer-virus is nearing 100% as time goes towards infinity. They are also dependent on having an uplink to a functional Tomb World, and they can also be punished by having their reanimation-privileges revoked.
Necrons attacked the old ones over the secret of immortality. Old ones' answer? Making an immortal, brutal ork race that has no business being immortal. I dont know if thats a chad move or just a cruel joke
I like to think that the Old Ones' secret for immortality was dependent on the Warp, so the Necrontyr were incapable of taking advantage of it. For their part, the Necrontyr refused to believe them, and saw the further evidence of the Eldar and Krork as more evidence of the Old Ones being dicks.

I'd thought part of the reason for chaos space marines ageing so little was meant to be that time is moving much more slowly for them in the eye of terror, in the same way that ships can disappear in the warp and reappear decades or millenia later with the crew only experiencing a few weeks.
It‘s not so much that time goes slower, it just goes real fucky wucky It can go like you described, or the other way around where the ship is lost for decades only to come out the other side like a second later real time, and that‘s without even mentioning how you can even end up arriving before you left, so it‘s even possible to time travel back In conclusion, the warp was designed by tzeench, because it‘s a massive headache to even try to think about, much less comprehend

I remember reading that some of the chaos space marines just float around in the warp, like they are just in stasis, and for them no time at all passes, but like they are dreaming. More like they are part of their god, and they get summoned when they are needed.

Aging is not a flaw in the genome per-se. All complex structures degrade over time, organic tissue is no exception to this. The only biologically immortal organisms on earth are very basic invertebrates. They do not form complex, specialized organs that need to maintain a specific cellular structure.
@@Mark-in8ju some tyranids lifeforms such as the rippers lack alot of organs such as a stomach due to how simple they need tl be to be mass produced. so I do think alot of tyranid lifeforms have a very "simple" biology, wich at the very least help with their natural lifespand, now as for them reaching anything close to 1 year or anything, that's really up to spéculations
Nids also jump into the gestation pools to be dissolved back into raw biomass upon a victory, the ‘characters’ are recycled and given new life with a similar semi-personality when needed
A lot of problems in The Imperium come from the fact that the rich and powerful can live basically forever and refuse to give up any of their power, resulting in the stagnation and regression the Imperial society is known for. Nobody has to worry about their legacy or improving things for people who aren’t them because they expect to live basically forever. So the old people linger and the young blood dies off and nothing ever gets better
Eh not really imperial nobles sometimes do a LOT of babies soo much that as a rite of passage they send them into underhives to do certain stuff find some cool tech or kill X number of xenos/humans/mutants/whatever or basically do a battle royale underhive edition to see which one returns victorious which will then become nobles and successors to their bloodline

Nice work! You should do a "what each race eats on the day to day....outside of souls". Cheers!
Nice haircut
now that you mention it, the nids being immortal/not able to age, makes perfect sense, they're after all meant to be genetically perfect
2:35 This admech girl looks so much better than the rest of the admech. Also pretty cool looking style on the bio-s.
Primarchs too. Please don't forget about primarchs 🥺
Looking clean, fresh cut
hey man the hair look great, cheers
Thx for the video lad
Humans: I was able to make it to retirement…
Tyranids: yeah, about that…
Nicely done
Hears Shadow Sun off-brand
Kitten: THIS IS FUCKING CANON!!
0:01 Nice haircut, Majorkill
The lifespan of a guardsman is smaller then children born on land mines.
Malekith is the oldest elf alive... except for his literal mother still kicking asses around
I read somewhere that the max lifespan a none augment human can live with reju treatment is 400 years ish.
And you aren't in top shape when you reach it.
Every space Marines in a Dreadnought:" why are we still here just to suffer".
MK looking like a stud as per usual
You always cover stuff the community wonders about.
Nice trim there chadman

majorkill looking hella fresh
shoot i thought you surpassed arch but he gain another 1k sub. lol.
Don't know if you're taking vid suggestions. If you are, imperial commissars would be a good one. Probably enough material there, Yarrick, Cain, Gaunt, etc. I can just imagine the fragging jokes and about whether or not they actually help or hurt morale. Might even talk about the guard's morale for a while and whether or not commissars are even necessary. Like maybe not for a unit like the Kriegers.
Nice cut mate.
I love your attitude.
Your eldar waifu will die of sadness after your death. Your space dad will also not let you see her in space heaven because she's being used to power a ship.
I'd say titans are far from immortal, since they stop waking up with age.
At some point they'll just not wake up at all. While yes, they are technically alive in there, they're functionally dead.
"That ever-approaching, unavoidable event" lmao
Also 'Nids are immortal because they crossed the intergalactic void, where there is next to no biomass.
The Emperor is closer to 50,000 years old. Born in 8000 BC.
HOLD UP so none of us are going to talk about Majors Kills fresh-cut... looking fire af my dude
Hey Majorkill, are there maybe more fantasy miniatures on the horizon?
NO
Hey. I only came to inform everyone that he did it. The angry aussie have finally reached 248 000 subs and overtaken OMS.
Its been a long road from the War of the Beard video, but he finally did it.
Haemonculi are 20000+
They're the original hedonistic leaders of the decadent eldar empire.

Refreshing sight to see and hear a fantasy Character
Nice fresh cut Major.
