if you are using self-raising flour you don't need any baking powder is only when you use all purpose flour you had one tablespoon of baking powder which is 15 grams of baking powder for 500 grams of all purpose flour I hope this help

1 cup of flour is 120g for 500g of flour you need 4cups of flour + 2 tbsp of flour for the sugar 1cup of sugar is 200g I hope that helps you my darling ❤️
