    Great video, i've got a disc herniation in my lower back 2 months ago (i am still 17 yo😅) and i can't play tennis for 2 more months, so i think It would be a good idea of video for everybody to show exercises to prevent common injuries in tennis. Great job you're doing on RUclips as a tennis player 💪💪💪.
