Ah, been so long since I've seen DDLC content, and appreciate your take on the characters! Think Sayori's pastel designs were my favorite!

Tbh I don't hate Monika, and I think her actions are understandable, but I wouldn't defend them to that extent. Like, real or not, she still amplified one girl's depression and made another girl's father go from stern to flat out physically abusive. To call that a bitch move is a bit of an understatement.
I find her behavior understandable. She wanted to do whatever she could to make a connection with a sentient being. The things she did were ugly, sure, and I'm not happy about them, but like I get it
Not to mention she forced 2/3 of them to commit not alive on themselves. If she wanted to be free so badly should she could have just deleted all of them from the get go and spare both them and the MC of all of the bs she put them through. (Not to say deleting them outright isn’t still messed but it’s better than what did happen)
Monika made Sayori kill herself and then she brags about how she did it to the MC. She did not deserve redemption

I dont know if it was just my headset but I couldn't quite hear you when the background music started either way this was a great redesign of the characters!
Yeah the music is a little louder than I thought it was, I was having issues with my editing program while I made this it crashed like 47 times and a lot of things didn't save in the final product, I think it got messed up 💀 but yeah thanks!

The overall story is really sad, but the deeper lore gives me hope that Monikas story isn’t over and perhaps “published” DDLC as a warning and potential call for help from our end in dealing with Project Libitina.

Yuri's redesign looks like a dwarf, who are short beings, you made a tall character short.
How can you tell her height she's not next to anyone 💀 also if I wanted to make her short I would, its a redesign.
I actually really like Yuri, I can relate to her shyness and trouble talking to people not her obsession of course.
I didn't like her at first cause she felt like a caricature to me (they all did bc that was the point of the game lmao) but then she started to grow on me and then act 2 happened 😭

i like yuri BUT and major but she feels a little bit of a harmful stereo type when it came to her SH i struggle heavilt with it and idk it just felt wrong (ik its supposed to be extra cuz monica messed with the code ok)
no tbh I get that. The way she did it felt really gross and icky to me. Ik that was the point since its supposed to be upsetting in act 2 but still.

Hello! I loved the video, but I would just suggest that when you're editing, lower the bg music a little since sometimes I can't hear what u say and have to activate captions
Yeah ik I have issues with my editing program and the reason the music is so loud is that some of my changes to the video didn't save and when I tried to fix it the program kept crashing so I just had to leave it be 😭 i need a new one

To offer a bit of advice, next time, I think it would be better to decrease the music's volume, increase your voice's volume, or both. It was pretty difficult to hear your voice throughout the vid.
idk what side of the fandom are u looking at but everyone loves monika cuz of how much she was eventually fleshed out, cute designs tho!
Everywhere I go I just see people hating her 😭😭 I have only found a few other Monika Enjoyers. I'm not super active in fandoms tho so I kind of wasn't looking too hard.

Thats a really cool headcanon omg! Her eyes look like super artificial contact pink to me so I hadn't considered that bc from what I've seen albino people's eyes have a slight different hue than hers but I really love that headcanon I might try to draw her that way
