Bought some creatine for the first time during the Legion’s Labor Day sale. I love all the science and benefits that you breakdown about creatine 😄

Insane brain and body benefits of creatine. Because of you I don’t stress about taking it after working out and just stay consistent. From your podcast too I also reduced my intake to 3g (from 5) and my gastro distress completely disappeared. Thanks for helping me! Legion is the best creatine I’ve taken as well. 😎

Thank you so much for explaining the differences! I’ve used recharge for years and looked into the creatine when it came out on their website, but felt like it wasn’t clear what the difference is and which one would be better for me. So now I just have both 😂 Now I know and really like knowing the information behind them!

I always thought creatine was more for body builders, especially men. As someone who struggles with recovery and energy, definitely something I will try. Great video!

so cool that there are studies showing creatine could also be good for brain function!! i also never fully understood the way creatine works on ADP to turn it into ATP until now 😳
i feel like creatine is really what BCAAs wish/claim they are 😂

I learned about what micronized creatine is! I had seen the word “‘micronized” before but didn't know the signifcance.

Thank you! I was definitely overthinking when to take creatine, (before or after workout, morning or evening) so knowing as long as I'm just consistent with it is very helpful!

Yes, for sure! Just getting it in each day at anytime gets the job done. 🙌

I didn’t know about creatine’s importance in energy production and the creatine phosphate pathway! This makes so much sense as to why it improves training and helps with muscle build. Definitely need to grab some to start taking daily as I work on getting stronger 💪

Not to ask a question that may be an easy answer but would you need to consume a lot of water when taking gummies to get the most effectiveness out of the creatine the same way you would with the powder?
