I’ve used recharge for years and looked into the creatine when it came out on their website, but felt like it wasn’t clear what the difference is and which one would be better for me. So now I just have both 😂 Now I know and really like knowing the information behind them!

I didn’t know about creatine’s importance in energy production and the creatine phosphate pathway! This makes so much sense as to why it improves training and helps with muscle build. Definitely need to grab some to start taking daily as I work on getting stronger 💪

Not to ask a question that may be an easy answer but would you need to consume a lot of water when taking gummies to get the most effectiveness out of the creatine the same way you would with the powder?
I’ve been using creatine for over a year and haven’t noticed any difference in how i feel in my workouts. Perhaps i’m expecting too much? Do the new gummies contain gelatin?

I honestly learned that recharge isn’t a Creatine monohydrate! Excited to have a cheaper, flavorless option if I want to switch.
