T95: Doom Turtle
T28 Prot: "Death Slug"
God they`re getting worse
Proto type is just the worst..getting spammed with gold right through ur turret all day
@@ChicoAlpha but hey, at least it got turret
Next: Mortal Sloth
Next is the batchat 158 called the zoom box
This tank is like challenger before getting buffed up
yeah the challenger and the Jackson are better.
I agree, quickybaby can you do a challenger game? It’s my favorite t7 tank
@@petehjr1 The Challenger is better? I DESPISED every second of playing the Challenger, I feel like the T25/2 is way better.
like the Challenger, except slower than a panther
@@OFS_Razgriz challenger has quick reaload if i remember 280 alpha, super accurate and good penetration. Was one of my favourite tier 7 now i habe charioteer and im heading to conway
Going to this from the Hellcat surely is a disappointment
Back before Hellcat was nerfed, T25/2 was literally worse than Hellcat. Pretty much same gun but very, very inferior mobility and maneuvrability.
Hellcat and T25-2 are 2 of my favorites.
T67 was a beast back then. My favourite vehicle
@@alexanderangelkov6338 It still is. Was it ever even nerfed?
t25/2 is pretty decent actually. not too slow, great gun mantlet, decent alpha and dpm. pretty okay penetration.
I really think the line is worth grinding for the T30 tho, the T30 is such a beast!
For me I love the entire line. I was fortunate enough to play the t28 prototype before the netf. It's was so slow though I hated it but still loved it lol
Yeah it is hella slow but it’s gun is pretty good, and the armor isn’t all bad (frontally)
T28 prototype is like a fookin joke tbh
@@waffletraktor9660 it's so slow by the time you get to the front lines your entire team is dead lol
@@mdra_ what do you mean?
I miss the old school Hellcat before it was nerfed years ago.
That old top speed and engine power, man it was good
It's spirit lives on at tier VIII and yours for around 35 euro, the Skorpion G! Fucking WG.
@@mit7771
It was a power house, but it was nerfed for good reason. It had just a *little bit* of an edge in the *slightly* unfair department. That is when Wargaming still cared about doing a GOOD job on nerfing and buffing vehicles, instead of the piss poor patch work they enact now.
3 y ago !!!
It was arguably the best tier 6 tank ,besides kv-1s (old)
It's still a great tank, but after the T67 and the Hellcat it's hard to improve very much.
Okay, maybe not a GREAT tank, but a perfectly adequate tank. In every line there are high points and low points.
Its just kinda a dip in tank quality compared to the tier 5 and 6, as the 8 and 9
@@entropiated9020 I guess it suffers a bit from the power creep of newer tanks, but I agree. It is adequate. I should buy it, but I do enjoy the T67 and Hellcat very much.
T67 is just so amazing. I already have the T25 but couldnt sell my T67
I enjoyed this tank a lot. Dunno why. I actually liked it more than the T28 proto.
Yes! Finally some recognition for this tank! I absolutely love it and enjoy most of the matches I play in it and I’m glad you made this video
That was my first line in game I played both T67 and Hellcat as heavies and then by tier VII I've learned the game more so I actually liked this tank more than it's predecessors
T25/2 is a really good tank its more like a slow medium thats good at snipping
wow !!! I didnt realize the T25/2 had scissors as main armament =P
A chunky A-44 with shitty armour for its tier and a somewhat decent gun
I would call this tank ”12.5”
Martin Teitge I don’t know why it took me 10 mins to understand this
Martin Teitge T-12.5
@@Dynasty0612 lol,
I still don't get it
@@cantingvenus2 T (25/2) = T 12.5
Maxim Olehash 25/2=12.5
This was my first 3rd marked tank and still one of the highest average experience tank I have, and I have half the tech tree done. I love it, it's nimble, great rate of fire and if you play the vision game you get to put 2 shots into people before they react. Truly one of my favourite tanks.
One nice aesthetic about this TD is the satisfying "crack!" made by firing the gun. It makes you feel like you're hitting the enemy a fierce hammer-blow (even if you aren't).
I was thinking that the gun made a more satisfying sound than the Hellcat or the medium with the same gun, when I read your comment.
You've certainly learned to laugh inexplicably during every intro ;)
Always liked the T25/2 my first tier 7 TD four years ago
If i remember correctly, mine too!
I've always thought there is something special about this tank. When you look at its statistics, it's a mediocre tank but whenever I play with it I get really good results. Go figure...
Agreed. I have fond memories of this tank, and I found that it does bounce more than its fair share of shots.
You too know the secret of the tier 7 Pershing.
It's because it has great stats where it needs them, and okay stats everywhere else. Is a "nothing" tank because it doesn't have anything remarkable about it, but that mix of great and okay makes for well, a t7 Pershing.
This is one of those tanks that left me feeling confused. Because it’s actually quite capable and I performed well in it, but I didn’t have much fun doing it.
Mobile but not fast enough to get into dumb trouble
I knew it! I played trough this tank years ago, and loved it. Having a turret is such a huge advantage that I'm willing to lose some standard penetration for it.
I find the 25/2 to be a superior TD. With a fully tricked out crew, it has max view range without binoculars. It has a good rate of fire and good pen. I have carried games in this TD.
I like the T25-2, it's one of the first tanks I 2 marked. I like it because you can play like a camping td early on, but later it has the mobility and gun to act more like a medium.
Just love this tank and the Hellcat also.
I loved this tank when I played it in Blitz, one of my favorite tanks to play. It’s just a great all-rounder.
Same i loved it
Even in wot i enjoy it
Yeah I am primary in Blitz and the T25/2 was my first line, I did prefer the Hellcat but it is a good tank
This tank's gold shell has 250+ pen and firing gold makes this tank a true beast. Hate to say that, but spamming gold really makes this tank so much different, because you actually can't do anything with 170 standard pen even in a good match as a tank destroyer. By the way, spamming gold makes me 3rd of gun marks excellence in just 75 games. Quite interesting tank if u take ENOUGH PREMIUM ROUNDS!
I loved playing this tank, used to play it as support, either with the meds or the heavies. Wait till they shoot, and then go in, shoot and get back in.
Oh yeah I actually managed to mark it but it was painful.
I did it on the stock gun without a problem. However, getting the second mark. :^V
wEight He’s talking about 3 marks :D
This was against tier V tanks. Imagine playing this tank against tier IX tanks...
@@kaineri3560 Well now. xD
i managed to 2 mark it
“Nothing tank”? I’m offended. This thing was awesome fun to play. I’ve held onto mine.
same here - not a bad tank - i usually play it like @ medium to long distance w/binocs - camo and gun rammer
There is never really anything wrong with a tank that has a gun that actually hits shit and alright mobility. It's just like he said, you're much more likely to keep the Hellcat/T67/T28/T30 instead of this one.
Instead of? You mean “As well as” pretty sure i’ve kept every single one of those tanks.
This the first tank I had 2 gun marks on a very long time ago. Just loved this little mothertracker. Used it as a med/td combo.
I think this tank is pretty decent. Speed is fair, everything about the gun is fair, armor is bag but at least you can get some lucky bounces on the turret sometimes. It's a pretty balanced tank imo.
I absolutely love this tank. I'm probably the only person who'd rather this by far over the Hellcat. For me, an underrated gem that has a permanent spot in my garage.
Actually, you're not the only one lol
T25/2 is one of my favourite Tanks tier for tier. Had one game where I was in the valley of Lakeville in a tier 9 Matchup and bounced Tier VIII and IX tanks for 5400 damage of my Turret. Truly hilarious
i absolutely love this turreted td line and its amazing that not even good players can appreciate this monsters. they are trully niche tanks that in the right hands (believe me) they can fit in extreeemly nice in any random composition. t28 prot and t30 are also super underappreciated and mocked yet again even by unicums because they also take a very special way to use their full potential. id suggest to anyone going into them to forget the usual strats and have on open mind about how you play this pseudo-tds, they can be jack of all trades and masters of sniping/dpm IF played with their strenghts in mind.
Hi QuickyBaby, don't be disparaging of your improvement in commentating. That improvement is why I'm still here. I could see the effort you put into it, and every change in style that you've taught yourself to do, was for the better.
for me it was a blast. the dpm, turret and 240 alpha was just perfect
Love those knowledge-bytes @3:44 in your videos. Great analysis and usage of the game's mechanics. :)
Love this tank - easy to have a good game with it. This and the Jackson are great TD's to play with
I honestly thought this was finally going to be a video on the Churchill GC. #justiceforCGC
So, you want arty to spot a TD that might be camping in a bush, how well is that going to work?
But this is common for all players with good stats, they want others to do the dirty work so they can take advantage of it and get all the rewards.
Excellent game bro. Ignore your base captured - have an estimate heads-up on all red positions - chew yourself through 1 by 1 - match won.
I can't describe the sheer pain that this tank is to play
I ended up having one of these for ages, just kept the one TD for a time when grinding lights and mediums. It's not great at all but is really just a reasonably mobile TD, with good gun handling and makes a decent enough sniper. It's unremarkable but quite alright to play.
For me, personally, it is great that it isnt as fast as the hellcat, sometimes I get ahead of myself and just rush in, or i zone out and drive into enemy lines.
So the slower speed saves me.
That tank is one of my favorite tankdestroyers after the little M8A1, because they have turrets.
Oddly i found this tank to be one of my favourites... know the stats is not the best, but in some way enjoyed the T25/2 very much.
Best tier VII medium, because all the mediums are so underwhelming
I loved its accuracy and fire rate. I'll play it again if I have too. The Prototype is awesome too and i use that tank alot for frontlines.
Reminds me of the T-62A situation. Even if it's not quite as good as its equal tier brother, it can still destroy plenty of tanks if you play it right.
I love my American turreted TDs! Wolverine, Hellcat, Jackson, T25/2 have the ability to stay in camouflage while being able to fire 360 degrees. What's not to love!?
LOL, one of my favourites, even after a review you made some years ago were you found it meh. I thought " He should try it more!!"
I hover around the 1000th place on NA for avg assist damage per game cuz focus on the highest view range possible for every tank I grind, minus some heavy's. So I can attest to the relevancy of high view range and how it can boost your contribution to the team.
This tank isn't like the Hellcat. The Hellcat is a fast TD that can drive circles around other TD, especially big Russian TDs. The T25/2 is however more of a camping TD with decent gun depression and you need to play it a lot more defensively.
Got Ace tanker, 2 marked and have a 54% w/r in it it so far, for me personally ...it's a favourite despite it's drawbacks.
Because it doesn't get the big gun from the T25AT it falls down a bit but it can still be useful to the team.
I did allright in that T25, back in the day when I was grinding it. Back in the day when the Hellcat ruled. Not sure why, my buddies hated it. A pretty unexciting tank, I sold it after a while, but it did allright by me.
I really liked the T25/2, I kept it for quite a while after getting the T28 Prototype
The T25/2, of all things, gets multiple features on this channel, but the KV-13 continues to be ignored.
I got 2 marks on it. Love that TD. How about a video on the T-50-2. How it was so op and removed to be replaced by the MT-25. GH everyone!!!
This TD is good for "Mastery" missions in second set of personal missions
The t28 prototype is really good as well. Got 4 aces in the first 2 days as an average player
@@awesomeness91199 Well, T25/2 is much worse tier-for-tier :)
The one thing that lets this tank down is the standard pen, at 170 mm it is not good at dealing with higher tiers and heavies and I found the gun to be kind of trollish, so unless you hit the 2 key and get a nice pen of 258 mm at a shell cost of 4.4k credits, it can be a frustrating tank to play.
On console they buffed the 90mm so it has 190 pen. What a difference...
Nice vid QB! I really like the T25/2 as well, just unlocked the T28 Prototype.
This tank isn’t the best at much, but it is extremely flexible for a TD, which is definitely a strength. It’s a tank that is just ok, but still good because it’s flexible enough to be either a medium tank or a TD.
I actually like the T25/2... got it 3 marked in 47 battles
I absolutely love this tank. I don't know why but I can always have fun and good games in it and it forgives my mistakes quite a lot I feel.
started playin wot in update 7.4 long years have passed since then, still play wot occasionally, i learned alot from your videos, hope you continue on making them
The 25/2 is one of the strongest tank for its tier. I have never thought differently.
Noob question here. Do you guys prefer using spacebar for firing or mouse left click.
Answers are much appreciated.
Thank you
Watched this during the tech tree showcase. Was funny to watch you discover the T25/2 isn't as bad as you'd thought (though certainly not great). Was also funny when you spotted the Chi-Ri as you were reading chat; we thought you'd blown it. Fortunately I guess he was reading chat as well. =D
I had a lot of fun in the T25/2 working to the T28 Prot. this fall. I think it’s an okay tank.
I love my T25/2 (blitz) Sure its hard to play and find a groove with it but it has mad DPM and i love it
This was my first tier 7 and I hated every second I spent with it but I loved everything else in the tech tree
Sure it's not an amazing, super competitive, "over-tuned" vehicle , but it's still a good TD that I enjoyed playing back in the day.
i like playing this tank, one of my favourite tank detroyers at tier 7
When you have an excellent Tank Commander you have an excellent outcome. Thanks QB for sharing insight and tips for all the average players. Cheers!
I wouldn't say this tank is useless or outdated. It's just been left out of the big alpha/russian/premium tank metas these days. I love my T25/2 and consistently do well in it. It was an enjoyable grind for me, it's just very situational and requires a lot of patience.
i liked the move on the chaffee well played, your video are professional nowadays, good job
I enjoyed this tank in the grind. Then I saw my winrate: 45% . But I earned the prot. really fast.
Shouldn't you be worrying about getting a female partner and career promotion instead of tanky tanky shooty game?
@@asiftalpur3758 what's wrong with having some fun with a game?
@@asiftalpur3758 says the one talking some passive agressive shit in the RUclips comments. So who really doesn't have a life hmm?
The T25/2 was a good Tank a couple of years ago with less Gold ammo and not so many high penetrating guns. Years ago the turret was almost like the T29 turret. 9 out of 10 shots coudnt penetrate it, now its just a little sad.
SU-100 was an absolute balls out hero taking out that arty
How the fuck can I recognize the tank on the thumbnail even though I stopped playing World of Tanks 4 years ago ? Apparently Quacky is the only streamer who maintains my (slight) interest in this game.
I love the Hellcat; I never really liked the T25/2; and have not played it since I grinded to the T28 Proto.
Honesty. I find it quite a good tank. I find the whole tree from the M8 just great. Sure, It might have some disappointing stats after the Hellcat, but dang, give it a chance, It's a good TD.
The T25/2 is and always will be may favorite tnak
I always do well with the american 90mm my best tanks are the Jackson, the T20, and the KR Patton
Ive not played Wot for a while, last time I did, the pen on this gun was 170mm on AP rounds, totally inadiquate for anything but being top tier, even the T29 has better pen, thats why people just jumped from the Hellcat to the T28 Prot and beyond, such a shame as the T25/2 has some good potential.
I did not want to start the grind all over again for a less good hell cat, so I used my 6 tokens and unlocked the M6, skipped the lee, and am headed for the T29.
t25/2 with maxed view range and premium shells is good. my 2nd ace tanker after hetzer
I discovered your channel with your review of the T25/2 ... Memories
I actually enjoyed this tank a lot. For 3 months, I held the top spot for that thing in the NA server.
This tank is superior to Hellcat in several ways: 1. It has armor that can block shots. 2. I believe the gun reloads faster. 3. The reverse speed isn't has slow as Hellcat. On top of these, it may suit your play style .
That tank is a beast I’ve played it a lot got it two marked very reliable and hidden gem
"Shout out to grille, couldn't have done it without you"
*sad SU-100 noises*
I'm glad you enjoy the T25/2 as that's my favorite tank aswell.
The quacker baby cracks me up. Says its a piece of junk, but has a good game in it then all of a sudden it's an awesome tank. Can you say dud. It's either good or it's not none of this back-and-forth I had a bad game so it's a piece of junk I had a good game so it's a Great tank.
Actually my favorite. But I prefer Jackson over Hellcat, despite being slower in speed and reload...
I dont like the playstyle of tds, but this one was really fun to play. Marked it in 70 Battles.
everyone hates this tank but its one of my best tier 7s by stats xD i always get myself in trouble playing the hellcat because its fast and this tank i played super aggressive and it worked well.
Hi QuickyBaby, I play World of Tanks Blitz on mobile and the T25/2 is not that bad in my opinion, it is like a medium tank but a tank destroyer. I even got an Ace Tanker in it once and even though I died I helped my last teammate kill the IS3 that got me at the end. Overall it’s a pretty good tank once you get to know it’s play style and as a result I got the T110E4 on January of this year!
Hope this gives some people some help.☺️❤️👍🏻
I liked this tank better than the t20, the tier 7 medium. I have played the t25/2 for 1000 games and it outperforms the t20 in typical games. Less Hp better accuracy. Less speed but better turret armor. This is a tier6.5 medium tank and nor really a TD. I did put a well trained crew in it to start, graduated from my t67. That helped a great deal. I have a 51% win rate in this tank with WN8 of 1476. Not saying I'm an ace, but I do have 2 Marks
I actually kind of liked my T25/2. Not enough to keep it after getting the Prototype mind you....
It reminds me a gameplay of other day when "red" player in tier 8 balltle sent 3 "greens" and 6 in total to garage playing this us td. Guess this tenk should be not ignored on battlefield.
I liked it. Did ok in it. Now, what I would like to see is Quickybaby losing games or making actual mistakes. We all know he is amazingly good at this game so it wouldn't hurt anyone to see him make mistakes and lose.
Failure and losing are great teachers.
I al playing this tank right now, and It is not that bad. Is flexible , and you can move thorough the map and be usefull
I like my T25/2; it has nothing that makes you take risks with, so you have to play carefully. Seems to work for me.
even though this tank has nothing going for it compared to its tier 6 and 8 counterparts i actually enjoy playing this one
Would say it's an ok tank, however I feel a lot of people see it as nothing special so it has a stigma built up around it. I feel in love with it though beleive I even 3 marked it. (haven't been on in a while so I forget)
