that's I'd say caused a lot by marks of excellence. It's fun to try hard to get the marks, but those who use premium ammo as standard raise the bar for others... unevitably, if you want 3-mark e.g. Super Conqueror, well good luck with AP. Unfortunate.
@@Duka101 Because it takes the whole reason out of playing some of the heavily armored vehicles. Look at the Maus with 280 mm of armor everywhere over the front, as an example. Or the Type 5 Heavy with 250+ mm, I believe. They are supposed to bounce stuff with that armor, and the enemy tanks are supposed to aim for weakspots to deal damage to them. But if they go in with their 300+ mm of gold pen, you are just a fat thing going at 1/3 - 1/4 the speed of your light tanks, but barely having any armor-advantage over them.

Well I had Russian in school for 3 years but I always think, why can't they simply translit their nickname and write it in normal latin instead of that fake Cyrillic with latin letters... much easier to read, even when you know Cyrillic.

It's the Russian server, so don't expect too many brains there. Normally either they yolo in or wait for beer. An Emil-2 would have annihilated this dude, even the T34 could have easily done that but nope, the only tanks that did something were the 257 anm the T44 and later on the TDs. He was lucky he had help against the 257 and T44, he could have lost way more HP but he had a couple of tanks there to help him.
@@mittag6326 Pretty much especially for HT's since arties can focus clicking on you when they see you and your meaty slab of HP there. I usually only go there as HT when there's zero to at least one arty in game, and when you're able to do some work, it's a really great place for HTs.

@@tajj7 theres only one mistake in wheeled tank and its that when you cant stop it. You shoot his wheel and hes like nope i have 3more to go. They should then atleast limit their top speed with damaged wheel to much lower that it currently is. Put wheeled light tank against tracked light tank and clearly he has too many advantages. Altho i dont seem to be very angered by them cause usually mongols are playing wheeled light tank and they tend to come too much up the ridge line and get killed in first minute.
Fun fact: Wargaming rounding would make this tank roll (LOW 584 - 976 HIGH) i.e. Compared to a single gun that rolls for 780 on AVG (LOW 585 - 975 HIGH) this tank can roll occasionally a WOPPING 1 EXTRA DMG!
I really enjoyed the commentary and the tips on the tier IX. However, considering this player never fired a single standard round the entire game, his post-game results are not very impressive at all.
@@bleh8789 I have in the past. It's pretty easy if the enemy team feeds you dmg, which is very similar to what happened to this guy. The difference being that I've never have gold rounds in my loadouts and I never will. They're completely unnecessary.

Carpets are popular in CIS region because most people live in the soviet era mass-produced buildings. The walls are thin and carpets provide some insulation and noise canceling.
It's great to wait for both shots for more damage but it's also good to know when it isn't the best play and you SHOULD fire just 1. Love your videos QB
Indeed some years ago carpets were everywhere, not only on walls. And this was mostly because these were of those things that were of most difficult to get in URRS.
This this reverse sidescrapes better than the is-3, because of how long it is and still keeps the forward mounted turret. It’s a really good tank, especially on how agile it is.

I thing it would be better if the tanks were visible from any distance as any real objects, but only the aiming enemy target reticles appear when on spot range. so you can see enemy tanks at any distance, but not on map and no indications for it. so you should see it when you have luck and look at their directions and shoot from any distance, similar like it vas on Panzerfront one old PSOne game. There you see enemy on 2000 meters and spot, but in aiming circle the tanks were at that distance so small, that hit was pure luck. But at 1000-500 meters you hit enemy tanky at every shoot, not random. :-)
It genuinely makes me sad that console will not be getting these double barreled complicated and flexible Soviet heavys they seem like they would be so fun to learn to play
it is not carpet if it is on the walls, and they put it on walls to keep warm, as it is one of the better ways to insulate from cold. You put wool between cold walls and warm air in the room. After introducing modern insulation materials it becomes more fashin or tradition then necessity.
If you think about the carpets: It is a good way to save energy. They invented it in the midle-ages and it was one of the first covers for the cold walls in castles. Nowadays it might not look good, but it still saves a lot of energy. Especially with the climate-change around the corner.

Have you tried not yoloing the enemy team and looking at the map to see if you even have allies before committing?
this side of map is disadvantaged on this flank, I also avoid going there unless I have really strong support and favourable tank for ridge fights

Two barrelled tanks are not that great. F.e. you can penetrate Is-2-II in the UPPER front plate, just by poking it with your finger.
