- This is a sit-down video where I discuss Solo travelling as a Black Woman in Morocco.
As some of you may know, in April 2022, I spent 3 nights in Casablanca Morocco. I at first was a little reluctant to do so, as I had read about negative experiences that Solo Black Women travellers had experienced, when going to Morocco.
Due to this, I thought that it would be a cool idea, to share my experience and my thoughts in regards to my short trip.

I travelled to Morocco in 2014 with 3 friends. Although the majority people were friendly, there was still a lot of harassing to buy stuff and also a few aggressive incidents. I don’t think it’s a country that I’d travel to solo.
I travelled there for the first time around that time too with a group of friends. My experience was exactly what you described, however that was in Marrakesh. Since then I've been to Casablanca, Agadir & Essaouira... each place has had a much more chilled vibe compared to my experience in Marrakesh.
you are wonderful and am honoured you decided to visit my birth country. I love your vibe and you look gorgeous in your flowing dresses.
Awww thanks so much for watching!❤️
Do not believe everything that is said, we here in Morocco live with us black Africans and also black Moroccans and we met black people in them and lived with us from the foot, so we do not have this tension and racism, not with black Africans or Moroccan blacks, not even with any foreigner or guest, everyone is welcome in Morocco, so you do not hear the words of others, it may only be some appeals and not beautiful on the whole, welcome
I understand you! Many thanks ❤️
Hi! Thank you for sharing your journey! I would like to know what types of immunizations are required, if any.
Hi queen. Like your dress it nice and comfortable. Thanks for the traveling tips. Although my boyfriend is a Ghanaian still I think it be great if I learn a couple of words. Also I noice alot of women wear dresses. I hate wearing dresses but I want to seem disrespectful and wear pants or shorts. So I going to a few dresses and some shirts.
Thanks for watching, and thank you for the compliment! It would definitely be great to learn a few words. I’m sure you’ll look lovely regardless of what you wear❤️🥰
