We went on a wee day out to the big city, capital of Scotland, Edinburgh! We had lunch and whisky/whiskey cocktails in The Alchemist. We had been recommended this place for its over the top drinks and the performance of them being made at your table, as well as how tasty they are! How exciting! So much smoke!

Thanks for saying! Unfortunately we were not able to film the walking tour but we are sampling the drams we tried on the day. Justine from Kasc Whiskies took us on the tour. We would highly recommend it if she has anything available to join. She is also writing a book about it all that will hopefully be available sometime too so look out for that!
