I don't think i agree with this. There's a huge difference with a Mexican casually calling a black person the n word, and a black person calling a Mexican a "Dirty Mexican". I grew up in the hood and i say the n word with my black friends and their family, and they are all fine with me saying it. It really just depends on the context and how your using it.
