    I just got a 2021 tundra and it doesn’t have maps installed. Does anybody know how to install a map app because right now I have to hook my iPhone up through a cable just to use Apple CarPlay not ideal.

      Thanks for the question. Unfortunately the navigation app in those years comes as an option package to the truck when purchased. Short of getting your dealership to install the premium infotainment system you’re stuck with what you have. Here is one idea that might help since you already use Apple CarPlay. There are aftermarket devices that when plugged into your car, make the Apple CarPlay wireless, that way you wouldn’t have to worry about connecting your phone with a cable. Thanks for watching!

    At 26.25 you went over quickly the auto a/c mode on or off can you explain more about that. In my truck I have tried if both ways and it seems auto works either way I select on or off. What you think. Thanks

      Thanks for the question. When Auto is engaged, it will “automatically “ keep the vehicle at whatever temp you have set, when “Auto” is not on the ac still works but does not keep a set temperature. So unless you’re on a longer trip, you may not notice a difference. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!

      According to Toyota, to upgrade a system running Entune 3.0 which is what your vehicle should have, download and sign into the Entune App on your phone. Then start your vehicle and connect your phone via Bluetooth or usb, and a message should pop up asking if you want to update now or later, click now and follow the instructions on the screen and it should update the navigation and the whole infotainment system. If you already have the Entune app check on your phone for the latest update to the app first before hooking it to your truck. Thanks for watching!

    Did I miss you go over what “Projection” does?

    • @TwoGuysandaRide
      @TwoGuysandaRide  Год назад +2

      Thanks for the question. Projection is just a fancy word for Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Thanks for watching!
