@@oh-noe Ye just go look around for the foundations of animation and read read read, books are amazing and people put years of their knowledge into them but yeah it makes sense you have to learn to draw first
A little tip for the eye thickness. The thickness of the eye depends what your characters personality is eg if you character is really kind and loving they will have big eyes, if they’re loving but really battle like then medium eyes and if your character is a straight up psychopath they will have small eyes with really small pupils
You explain it so simply, and it makes so much sense. Is this what a "Normal." Tutorial is supposed to Be like? No wonder I've been struggling all this time 😂

This helped me a lot! The way you just simplify the head into a circle and 4 simple lines (an inward line, an outward line, inward line again and then the jaw line) was really really helpful :D

I watched different 'How to draw a head&face' tutorials. I followed them. But after time passed I hardly could remember how many guidelines should be there and where. Your's tip is the easiest! I hope you will do a head+neck+shoulders correct placement tutorial some day too.
For neck and torso you could just think of it as a cylinder and 2 boxes. Just break down pictures of people into simple shapes and it’ll get easier after many tries
