Thanks for showing this. If you guys ever want a stay on our farm (after lockdown of course!) and a look round our other Landys we would be happy to have you. Kind Regards Mark OverlandCampers.
Mark thankyou. We would love to do that. If it helps to promote your business too then that is great. This lockdown must be frustrating for you. Take care and keep well.
I do like overland vehicles like this. When everything gets back to normal, then you should go to the overland 4x4 show in stratford upon Avon. You will love it 😁
Hi GUYS, I must say, that’s rather interesting, so some company did the conversion, no problem, but it is my first ever saw a LANDY Ambulance, I once saw a small FIRE BRIGADE ON A LANDY, for going to bush fires, STAY WELL &SAFE, CHEERS FROM NJ USA🏴🏴🏴🇬🇧🇺🇸
@@CampervanTales... Absolutly... I looked at an ambulance many years ago when I had my Series 3 swb, but stuck with my series, if only I hadn't!!!??? 🤔 😁
@@purpleheyes we bought an old ex military 109 a few years back and converted it. We sold it to buy our current van. We are thinking of doing a video of photos of that conversion soon. We are doing a live stream this evening at 7.00pm. So if you have any questions or want to join in please do
300tdi terrible engine lacks power sounds like a farm tractor also this ex's ambulance must drive like a small boat in a storm at sea! Avoid if possible!
The 300tdi is a fantastic engine, pretty much bulletproof, no electronics so if they do go wrong you can fix them with a basic tool kit and are plenty quick enough, the Wolf is renowned for being plenty quick enough.
Not into Landrovers but that was amazing.. well done gents, please stay safe and take care
It is nice isn't it? We used to have a similar one
Looks amazing. I wouldn't say no to having one of them! Thanks for sharing!

We had a Landy ambulance that we converted, but ours was a wreck when we bought it, she was 50 years old
This is lovely . I especially liked the red upholstery !! Thanks for sharing . ( Trev will want to get one now ) .:0)
We used to have one similar but it didn't have the raised roof. Trev can have one.....can't he😁

Landrover porn. The Wolf version has a great engine and transmission. I wants one my precious.

Not sure. We had one years back and we couldn't in ours.

We put a 300tdi engine in our 109 and yes it sounded like a tractor but that didn't bother us and it drive perfectly well. We loved it
Sorry Old bean.. must disagree. I have 4 of them. (Also a TD5 too) drove this particular bus to Colditz and back. loved every minute of it.
Love the characteristic sound & more than satisfied with the performance... it's not that I didn't knew what I was buying...😉
