Hi your van was built by MacNeillie in Walsall West Midland now called Babcock. Other van was Built by UVModular in Brighouse West Yorkshire ,were i had worked for, so i would have work on it when new .
Cool tour ! It's given me the kick up the arse i needed to get on with mine, just spent a shed load on bits for my amby conversion lol, not the important stuff like PVC pannels to finish the int linning or vynal to cover the ceiling, no, just crap like H/D air pump, nudge bar and ally scaffolding for a roof rack ;) Loving it as usuall chap !
Thanks for the mention 😀 Even though she had met all the dogs Suzy (the one Jenya posted on Instagram when she was here) still went mental at the TV screen over Lance and Lottie!
It always seems that an ex-ambulance is best for a starter vehicle rather than the panel van. Size wise only would be a metal luton box van would come in second place. 👍 Great video as ever CJ
The Sprinter is a fairly narrow van... hence the boxy body needed when converting it into an ambulance. The Peugeot/Fiat/Citroen panel vans are a fair bit wider and so are used a ambulances as they stand.
Love this video a great comparison to see what someone else has done with their ambulance next to yours have to say I still love yours yeah and your additional sleeping pod
Great guys, just wanted to know about the papers and insurance, my friend Vladimir got his papers from dvla which didn't say motorhome but light good van or something 😀, any idea why?
I'm curious how they got on removing the complicated (integrated) ambulance wiring. It's one of the main things scaring me away from these as a base for a camper.
They haven’t and their Phoenix control system has developed an annoying fault so I or someone may be taking it out for them next year time permitting. I have made a few videos about ex ambulance systems on my channel

Thanks for sharing that CJ, they've done a nice job on their van and I love how light inside it is.👍😊

Lovely to see another one of us... well done guys on a great looking design.
That was fun, loved the differences in design and layout. Such a lovely couple.
I Imagine cork walls would have decent properties for noise isolation as well as preventing condensation. It would likely help to reduce echo.
When will we see you on an electric bike.

I don't know. You have lower MPG and you have to deal with some crazy wiring.

Interesting vlog for me CJ as you know mine is a second cousin twice removed, the colours make a difference too.
Clever Vlog... thanks
Ah, Lance the unwanted intruder! Made a nicely chaotic moment in an otherwise peaceful vid!
Nice to see another like yours
I like your mancave...personally its the best one ive seen.
Hats off to the owners of Pickles though, she is also nice
WOW that looks great I picked up my ambulance last week so let the heartache begin lol
Good luck Aaron!
I like your Van better, CJ. I'm also liking these more regular video's.
Such a nice vans! Im thinking of getting ex ambulance and convert it to camoer. Does they weight under 3.5 tones so can be driven on B category?

Noticed a big difference. They got a decent auto box. No cranky sprint shift!!
Yup, I was only slightly jealous 😆
Hi, appreciate you putting this videos together. Can you tell me who helped/did the electrics? Thanks Harry
Hi, Keith from criftins campers did most of the upgrades on the Pickle ruclips.net/user/CriftinsCampers
@project amber is your twitter link broken? It's saying your link doesn't exist?
I no longer have Twitter I'm afraid.
Nice one mate 🙂👍
You could do a spring make over on your van+would be good for content 👍
Man!! I pulled out 2 of those windows from and ambulance van and ended up chucking them cos couldn’t find anyone who wanted..... I feel bad!!!
3:20 SOUND LIKE MY VIBRATOR
I'd love to know where they got their water tap pump?
Where’s the companion video of them noticing the mundane details on yours they haven’t seen on RUclips?
Interesting idea Peter. 😂
Still I prefer the look of yours outside. 👍
Do you know how much the vehicle weigh by any chance? 🙂
Great vid again.
Interesting to see another version of the ambo...much prefer yours tho :)
Do you know what the name or where they got the water pump at the back of the sink ?
Our one is discontinued! Search for something like rechargeable usb water tap.

Toilet yes, under a cupboard, Shower if memory serves they have an outdoor one.
We have a foldable toilet and one outdoor - like a bag, and one rechargeable shower. Couldn't sacrifice the space for a permanent one.
