I bought the Belkin 3 in 1 MagSafe charger. Its nice as well, but I like the look of the Nomad and the fact that the watch can charge in landscape mode unlike the Belkin. Plus, it uses USB C instead of a proprietary connection. Like you said, if they can slide a QI charger for earbuds on there, I’ll definitely scoop one up.
For fast charging, use Spigen Mag Fit Duo. All the combination phone and watch chargers out there use slower charging tech, either are outdated or are not official MagSafe. With this inexpensive stand you can put your own chargers in, so MagSafe for 15W wireless iPhone charger and Apple Watch 7 USBc fast wireless charger can be used in combination, it's the only way I've seen to do this without paying Nomad a $100 mark up. Combine with Spigen 40W dual USBc charger for inexpensive, cheap, light, easy to carry fastest wireless charging.
I think the newer apple watch ultra won't fit in this space considering the larger size. wouldn't have been an issue if the watch charger part was tiltable.
