One question, to tune my first car what sohuld I do? to buy legendary parts and then upgrade them or in my case i have epic so I upgrade the epic ones?
You can get black parts 8* from store you get 4 and you buy the other two parts from chop shop get legendary so you can move to black faster now 9 tuned in my garage all with parts from store except for M4 maybe legendary then back don't really remember you can start with M4 AMG GT or R35
Then next time when they show back parts you can get a pack for viper let's hope they show them soon really need a sport pack for M5 it can make Outskirts elite easy
(legendary pack don't really deserve gold since you can get them with scrap or in worse cases upgrade from epic but black from store is a good deal because they can take time if you want to upgrade from legendary you need a lot of legendary kits and scanners hard to collect them from tuner trials a hyper for example need 16 scanners if you try to collect them two scanners per week it can take 60 day and kits 30 day total of 90 day

You get tuning points according to your mechanic level 10 is the max you will unlock it at level 91 and 9 at level 61 ...
