How to make a mango rose (rosette)

- 1. Using a sharp knife cut and remove the cheeks of your mango
2. Using a spoon scoop the flesh from the cheeks or slice off the mango cheek skin (refer to video)
3. Slice the mango longways into very thin slices
4. Gently fan the mango slices into a long wall
5. Roll the mango wall back over itself to create a rose
