This looks so delicious and not very complicated, but if I have to deal with lighting some charcoal it has lost the simple or quick description in my book. I'll try it one day when there's other stuff going on the grill if I live that long, but I am going to baba some via my oven. Your food and life look beautiful, mine is good but different!
