Looks fresh and awesome!
Mate.... That fucking casual pancake flip was the most thug thing I've ever seen in my life. Didn't even look up at the camera after.
Looks awesome. Thanks for a great recipe
Oh Soo Much .... Yummie goodness... Looks amazing.!!
so nice! Really like your videos
awesome as always...nice!
Awesome video! like it!
Thanks :)
That looks all kinds of epic.
So delicious!
Brilliant! I’m trying this, but with tuna instead of salmon ( it’s more readily available)!!
❤️ must try😁
Just had salmon poke tacos in Vegas. I did t know poke was served raw till I bite into it. But after the third bite I was in love with it. It was a spicy salmon poke two bite mini taco and will have them again. I'm sure I'll try out your recipe too.
Uhh mate, i'm salivating watching the video from here
Looks delicious! What make/style is your knife? I love the contoured/bumpy bits at the top, looks so cool! Great recipe aswell, will give that a try!

I'd like to see a poke recipe with the mayo based dressings! I get it from a place called North Shore Poke Co, but I don't know of any good recipes :)
i live in Hawaii and it is pronounced po-kay. But your accent is so cute it makes up for it. haha :)
That looks really tasty!
Cheers to another awesome recipe, beautifully shot in an amazing location. Really appreciate that you guys take the recipe (and tools) outdoors AND maintain great sound quality. YEW!
Coming from the promo video for this one - Perhaps link to this video in the description of that one? And perhaps link it directly on the end slate? Never a video of yours that I don't adore. Keep at it, mate.
Do you think I should use sushi grade salmon or will any fresh stuff do?
what's your approach to anisakis?
Amazing, did it with tuna, and used a mason jar for the marinated process. Have not yet not nailed the wrap flip yet :-) Plus here it is frigging freezing so I did in the kitchen. I guess on a roof in Bondi it would taste even better. 🤘
Dear Guy, could you me tell what's the beautiful song that we hear from 2:20 to 3:00 ? ^^
美味しそう!!作ろう!
No acid? A little lemon, lime or rice vinegar would boost the flavor a bit.
Looks so good! I just hate the way he pronounces poke as pokey which so wrong
Hey guys! Do you have any tips for choosing the best salmon around?
with any fish these are some key factors to look for. 1st look at the eyes make sure they are not foggy and still clear, 2nd look in the gills make sure their nice a red. 3rd the fish doesn't have a fishy smell. fishy smell means old. must be fresh little sea odor..
Thanks for the tips mate!
if you press the fish meat and it comes back from poking it it's fresh. if you poke it and the indent stays in the meat its bad
