Those are beautiful. I just dehydrated tangerine slices in my dehydrator and they're delicious. And that's without sugar. The peels are good too, but more bitter. I need mats for my dehydrator.

This is so much more simple than the other method requiring you to cook them in a saucepan with syrup. Uses less sugar and no wastage too.
Yes. i have seen the method too and I agree it looks complicated and wasteful.. this one is more user friendly!!

If you boil the slices lightly before dehydrating them, you remove some of the bitternes
