I honestly really like the long format of Cedrick's video more... He seems to have almost an amalgamation of accents that is so pleasant to the ear and his calm chill vibe is an added bonus. Also his attention to detail! Really trying to give us every scenario and details of the process.
I agree about his accent. I hear a bit of South Africa which I didn't expect from someone who grew up (or whatever) in Switzerland!

I can say that dish is a dessert dish we got in Sweden called ”Rice a la Malta”often served at Christmas which is rice cocked in milk and sugar and a pinch of salt almost near porage and then cooled down and mixed with whipped cream and optional vanilla taste to it. Served with fruit/berry sauce. I think you have something similar in Austria as well.

Sticky rice aka Glutinous rice is best steamed. Not cooked in the rice cooker for optimum texture.
