Being in the recruitment business for quite some time, I observed that the recruiters in this company are stuck inside the box. They are like robots that really can't tell who has the potential; they can't spot a genius. They're all following a stupid script. And it's just so sad. -Wear formal attire.

I was informed to wait for 2 business days for a response from your team. then I received an email with a link of a Zoom Interview which is a Cyberbacker Initial Interview Invite on Monday. it also says: "Please disregard this message if you already had your interview within 60 days." Should I be expecting something else or is this the same interview I just had on Sunday. What should I do? Please help... Thank you.
Hi! Once you passed the initial interview or the first interview, the next step will be your CBPA and after that will be the final interview. If you are not yet done with the CBPA you may disregard the email. Please let us know if you have not yet received the feedback/results of your initial interview within 2 business days. Hi, What is the reason you only accept Zoom interview on cellphone for initial interview only? I have a desktop and I can't afford a Webcam right now. I've done all my Zoom interviews with other companies on my cellphone and there were no issues.

I tried first time and initial interview not clear. I saw cyberbacker job advertisment next day then i replied for jobs without knowing about cyberbacker applying policy. I don't understand how an applicant is rejected with the values assessment step. Like how will you know they don't fit in the job/client if that is the only basis. I hope your team members (hiring backers) are not bias with the applicants they only like..

Pardon me intruding on this conversation. But I think that, that very reason you are giving to all applicants that didn't got in is not the real one.
Cyberbacker is campaigning CHARACTER. Cyberamo himself says in one of his video that character is more important than skills as skills can be taught. He is 100% correct. As I myself is doing that in my previous company as Head of Sales whenever I hire Sales Directors and Sales Managers.
Been in the field of sales for more than 2 decades, from low ranking seller up to the head of sales in different industry. Pardon me but I am not bragging. About Character, I myself is a great believer of that. Whenever I conduct an intensive training to my directors and managers, character is always included in the course.
Had my Final interview yesterday with Carla, and just received an email earlier today at 5pm and it says that I didn't got in because of the matching reason. C'mon guys, let's cut it.
If that is the reason, from the very beginning, CV screening pa lang, u can tell already if the applicant match your and your client's requirements of not. Right? Now if the reason is about character, you had the CBPA result, it says entirely about the person.
Again, I don't intend to criticize nor create any damage in your reputation here. Actually, I really love to work with your company, even if I have to start on the entry level because I can see myself to have MORE progress in here. And that is the same reason why I am writing here, in order for the applicants to progress, you guys have to tell them the real reason as to why they didn't make it. They deserve it!
Kaya nga may HUMAN sa Human Resources because we are dealing to HUMANS and not robots. Wag naman pang robot ang reason as to why they failed.

What is the technical requirement?
Basic Requirements:
- Good command of the English language
- At least 60 WPM
- Must be 18 years of age
Computer Requirements:
- CPU / Processor Dual-core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
- RAM At least 8GB of RAM with 60GB free hard disk space available
Headset and Web camera:
- A headset with a noise-canceling feature & a high definition webcam
Internet Connection:
- 10 Mbps and up wired DSL Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
