I tried 3 times despite my more than 12 years of BPO experience, and I never passed the INITIAL INTERVIEW. I was previously asked re: salary, and as I provided the amount, the interviewer never even provided options at all not like what you mentioned. I was not supposed to try again however, I managed to provide a sort of comment on Craig Goodliffe's video and he reply that I needed to try which I will definitely do. Thank you for sharing your experience and hope to be handled by you. On the other note, you are so Manilyn Reynes look alike! Thank you!
Hi Gilbert! Sometimes it is not the interview.. since you’ve mentioned that you have BPO experience so I am guessing that your interview was flawless.
Just a tip: try focusing on your answers in the Values Assessment prior to the interview. Answer it based on the mindset that if you are the management/company, how do you expect your employees to think. Focus on leadership and rule abidance as well. Good luck!

Hi! As of now I'm still afraid to apply. My last interview was when I'm still studying collage and that was a decade ago. But I hope soon to have the courage.. I'm trilled and excited to work in that company not because of the salary but because of what I'm seeing online that working in that company make them grow. I wish to work as a cyberbacker soon.. Hi po, hope I get noticed, just want to ask since I did not passed my application last 2 months I think and they just emailed me yesterday for an invitation to reapply in person with exclusive slot for appointment. Like Strengths and Weaknesses, transitioning deets , etc? based on other yt videos kasi they were only asked about their laptop specs , equipments and internet provider then were just ask to tell something abt themselves. Not all, what I shared are common questions that are asked during ANY interview.
Yes correct regarding specs and connection speed, inaask talaga siya whether sa initial or sa final, standard questions yan sila kasi. As I mentioned in Tip #1.
But for other questions, it will always depend sa nag iinterview sa iyo.
But I was also asked about why I transitioned and my stand about certain topics like integrity.
I was also asked to introduce myself that’s not on my resume.

Hi, there are a lot of positions available. What can you suggest for someone who doesn't have experience yet? Thanks
Actually you can try any position that you think you have a potential to learn. You can check the website for those positions. Cyberbacker would be the most ideal fit as this is the most "general" of all positions which simply translates to VA. If you are proficient in Fb, tiktok or the like you can try the Social Media backers.

Hi JP! Unfortunately nope po, even as part time, cyberbacker requires that they are your sole employer. Lalo na sa BPO ka which shares a somewhat similar industry with the goals of the company

question po, is cyberbacker only for VA's?....i applied po kasi for GA's or graphic artist pero mejo lito lng po sa mga links mejo hindi ko alam where is it leading me....:)...i havent done yet any interviews but i cllicked ones but cancelled maybe because i dont have my camera thats why...:)

Is it okay lang po ba na currently employed but I have plan if ever na makapasa sa cyber backer, its too risky kasi kung maresign agad tapos Di ka pala makakapasa agad, just assurance lang, sana may makasagot thanks in advance
Yes that is fine! They’ll give you 30 days naman to process your resig and show proof na di kana connected.

@@marcdaygo4736 Makikita mo naman dun sa website ang detailed positions. Pero the safest is "cyberbacker" kasi all around siya na admin work + some calls. Anyway sa recruitment process iassess ka naman nila and they will tell you which position is right for you so no worries.

Hi po, I just wanted to ask a few questions. Are all the job positions sa cyberbacker need i-match sa client or is it applicable only for those who applied for VA position? TIA. 😊
If internal admin post po..no client. Pero that is by invitation po at hindi na basta gusto lang. if by inboarding hindi kapa iniinvite ng mgt for possible admin post, then proceed ka po sa with a client.
@@thoughtsbyERI ah okay po. I applied for career consultant po kasi, is that internal admin? Also I just had my initial interview 2 days ago, and until now I still haven’t got any email about the status of my application. I don’t know who I should contact about it po.
@@eamchacst3848 yes that’s an internal position.. I applied in the same post..but I was told na invite only siya (I did insist that yun ang position na prefer ko). Luckily and prolly because of my credentials I was invited for an interview. Kasi if wala invite..proceed ka talaga to client pairing. If it has been more than 24hrs, reach out to them thru email or sa website there is a chat box dun, live ang QA.
@@thoughtsbyERI I received an update na po, but sadly I didn’t pass the initial interview, and I was told that they couldn’t find a client na match sa values and personality ko. I am a bit confused lang kasi hindi pa naman po ako nag take ng cbpa but they already concluded na hindi match yung personality ko. Are those the only things they consider to hire someone po? Also, how to get an invitation po for internal admin position?
@@eamchacst3848 70% ng applicants di nakakapasa sa Personality Test palang. Kasi may standards na tinitignan..
Once nakapasa kana sa lahat, until final interview- dyan na. It can happen before or even after na nagttry kana ma pair sa client. Depende if may vacancy sila.
Meron ba sila mam part time pang gabi lang mga 5 hours lang at night
Yep may offer na part time po, usually 4 hrs.. gabi po mostly ang work, between 12mn-8am.
Kapag po part time,4 hrs dn po ba ang training?

Hello Lei, sorry strict english talaga sa cyberbacker. If you can’t converse in english, hindi ka papasa dahil ang client ni cyberbacker ay US so how can you interact with them if taglish gamit mo.
You don’t have to push yourself to be fluent, it is wnough if you can converse using basic english naman. I suggest prepare mo na mga answers mo with regards sa itatanong sa initial interview so you have more confidence. :)

Okay sa question mo, re sa advice... this has something to do with positive manifestation/affirmation.
Know what you want, and act on it.
Alamin mo anong work ang gusto mo, ang alam mong kaya mong gawin o kaya mong matutunan or willing mong aralin. You do not need to master the craft before applying (unless high position), but at least have an idea on how to go about it. Sometimes employers prefer a trainable applicant over a tenured one.
Once okay na, think confident, be confident. It will just show sa interview. You will radiate it and your interviewer will know it.

@@thoughtsbyERI nasabat mo gid sang maayos ah. Haha pang 2nd ko na ni nga interview. Dapat di ko anay mag apply liwat pero nag send sila abi initial interview invite so hambal ko why not liwat. Tho nakulbaan ako kay I've been working for a family business for my whole "career" ba so sa skills gid ko confused kay pag fam business kalat ang responsibilities. Haha

Regardless man na sang background exp mo, basta trainable ka okay sa ila
Important actually ang sabat mo sa values assessment. Just keep in mind honesty, integrity and what is right (dira na sila ga focus gd).
Did they email us if we pass the initial interview mam?
Yes, they will email you t results within 48hrs.
If you pass, they will email you the CBPA Assessment.

If you check the cyberbacker website you’ll actually find informative videos on what the company is about. But technically it is one that provides third party assistants/VA to clients which are mostly real estate agents.
What did you answer dun sa expected salary mo?
@@RaeAshleenTV I am an HR for 10 yrs na kasi, so I gave them my expected based on the benchmark ng role ko, but in a polite way. More on sa "i was hoping on a salary range of ______ to ___" since my last role was this....bla bla.. "

@@thoughtsbyERI sorry po the question pala is for the OP.. i'm thinking kasi baka ang reason na nagfail kami pareho sa interview is dun sa expected salary. Medyo mataas kasi sinabi ko 😅 I dunno if that affected the interviewers decision.

Done sa final interview po pero sabi di po daw e wala pa client for me. Re apply nlng dw po ako after 60 days. How sad! Tagal ko pa naman nag antay ganun lng pala result. Atleast nman sana binigyan ako pagkakataon ma hire. 😔
Hmmmm actually most likely may hindi tugma sa interview versus sa cbpa mo kaya ganun. Anyway.. di kanaman po nag iisa. Madami din po sa cyberbacker na naka 3x pa nga. Go lang ng go!

Tips po pano makapasa sa values assessment or y-assesssment
Hi Keith! Para sa Values Assessment eto masasabi ko:
Ang totoo ay mahirap magbigay ng exact tips dahil walang tama o malin sa Y-assessment. Pa swertehan lang talaga tayo if may client na parehas natin ang ugali.
Pero eto ang tip na maibibigay ko.. mas maigi na makilala mo ang sarili mo. Check online ng mga free values type na quizzes para may idea ka din somehow ng sarili mong values.
Pag nakita mo ang result, i-assess mo sa sarili mo if ikaw ang employer if ihire mo ba ang sarili mo base sa values na naisagot mo.
If not, then adjust. Usually ang companies talaga nagllean towards what is right/legal.

@@KeithObguia I believe na the more solid or simple the shape is, the more nag cconform ka sa norm or sa rules. The more complex ang shape, the more na prone ka sa changes at creativity is high.
Take note na that is only one item out of the whole at hindi magiging batayan ng totoong values mo.

Yes po, wala naman silang issue sa zoom background. Pero just to be safe, make sure nalang na malinis ang likod mo in case pakuha nila just to check.

Is it open to only the Philippines
There is really no limit. Anybody can apply as long as they have the right equipment and they an converse in english. But yes, most if not all of cyberbackers who apply are from the Philippines.
We are hiring for Ogden, Utah though for our US Office. This is an office-based position in the US so you must legally be allowed to work there to be considered.

I did the test and I passed now it's left with the initial interview. My only problem is am in Africa (Ghana). I dnt know if am already disqualified by the virtue of where I come from.
@@dianamahama6571 don’t worry, they do accept foreign applicants as long as you have no problem working on MST timezone and have the proper equip.
After you finish the values assessment you should be able to proceed to the initial interview. Check your email for the link.
Are they accepting pregnant women?
Yes Ms. Ingrid there is no discrimination po sa cyberbacker as long as of legal age naman po kayo. They just don't have Maternity Leave but since it is work from home..it would still be convenient for you even when you have your baby. We also have HMO.
During the interview po ba pwede po ba na mag answer in taglish?
Hi Edz, strictly English po tayo sa interview. Most likely na hindi makakapasa if mag taglish. Cyberbacker values english as the main language kasi mga clients ay from US, so dapat comfortable ka gumamit nun. Even if non-voice inapplyan mo, please still use english ha.

Hi Dennis, that’s okay.. wag ka mawalan ng pag.asa. Minsan wala lang talaga sa aura natin at that time ng kumuha ka ng assessment at nagpa interview.
Suggest ko that you try again! But this time practice ka ng mga Values/personality tests online para makita mo ang areas for improvement mo. :)
