What we hate are our fellow female filipino staff, look at how cold they are and think they're better than all these dumb applicants. I you want to apply make sure these are not Filipino stuck up on staff, just go straight to the hiring foreigner that wants to know of your qualifications, period!!! Look at the last interviewer, that's a common occurrence of how they are. Who does she think she is, LOL.

Hi, I would suggest to please do not include NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED on your job advertising. The truth is you will just still reject the applicant even without experience. Some applicants are hoping that they can find a client with the help of cyberbacker but you still keep rejecting instead helping to improve and guide the applicants how they can improve themselves in order to get the job. You have to be patient waiting for the initial interview and hoping atleast they can give some advise. The NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED is just for bait. Its not for the begginer.

Nag apply ako ulit ngayon and pangalawang apply ko na ito hehe. Nag fail kasi ako doon sa 2nd to the last na test, about logical reasoning siya and super time pressure. Sana ngayon ma i pasa ko na lahat and maka pair agad ng client hehe

I'm done with the first two steps but it didn't let me proceed with the initial interview. It says "you are all set, you can now close your browser".

These should have been confidential. although, it's helpful but for me, I'm not comfortable seeing my face being failed in an interview. Every BPO company knows that. Otherwise, you should ask permission from every person you interviewed if it's ok to post their face in your social media platform publicly.

As the questions in this video are asked in a very good way, there is actually nothing. I've done this initial interview, I've been asked questions very quickly and I've answered them very quickly. But they didn't select me. Cyberbacker has really disappointed me. I am very disheartened.
