I have no particular reason for hoping so but I think our favourite misunderstood one-eyed monsters could one day return as a Warcry or WH Underworlds warband. It seems GW likes giving less popular or more esoteric miniatures a chance in the smaller skirmish games. My clammy grey-green fingers are crossed for it anyway!

The Remus Inclementia titan name translates to something like "double unpleasantness" - fits perfectly with the heads and the missile launchers, very clever.
They were my titans, I was initially going for Remus the Cruel as all my titans are named after enemies of Rome. I guess I messed up that translation in a much cooler way than the intent :)
The Old World and bases is quite a drama currently. I am one of those suckers for "the original GW bases", so sucks to be me I guess. For those 30x60 cavalry bases I managed to get an order in just today, who knows how long they will be around this time. But! I also ordered some when they were available two or three weeks ago - also for about an hour only. Just to receive a mail from GW two days ago that my order was cancelled due to the items not being in stock. I have no idea what took them two weeks for that realisation, but I guess their online shop is messed up on both ends. Good luck to me this time...
For potential event venues in the midlands. There's Boards and Swords Hobbies over in Derby that would have enough tables in theory. Not sure what they're looking like events wise for the next few months but may be worth a look for you.
What does Bobbie's shirt say? That Ushoran conversion is great, I really like the stonework on the mace. Great model for conversions, I saw a real nice Trogg conversion too, and I am thinking that I'll get one to make into a hag for D&D
I agree with Bobbie that they should get the Legions imperialis stuff in stock, i am still missing a box of the infantry that came in the starter set for marines
If Ian and the gang are looking for a non-warhammer-world gaming venue in Nottingham, the Leadbelt Gaming Arena in Nottingham has ample enough space to run a tournament.
Kn On the tanks in close combat thing: it speaks to the meta’s realism that 1. You can punch a tank, and 2. It sometimes works well enough for you to do it again.
I've set up a bunch of alerts on the GW site for things out of stock to get old world stuff I needed. Little warning the alert email goes out just before the stock gets added so you might need to refresh for 10 minutes before it's come back.
LeadBelt Games Arena in Nottingham would be a great place to go. They have quite a few gaming tables available and its in a quite a trendy place near Sneinton Market
It isn't just third party retailers that aren't able to fulfill orders. GW also failed to fulfill my order of Legions Imperialis knights the website said they had in stock.

Lead Belt Arena in Nottingham is worth a look, or Sanctuary in Sutton-In-Ashfield is further out but a bit nicer.

Love seeing the Fimir conversion, definitely saw the same potential in Ushoran's model, but I in no way have the skill to pull that off.
