    1. Unconscious sedentary behaviour
    2. Endless scrolling
    3. (Not) Doing what matters most
    4. The second cup (not controlling your impulses)
    5. Erratic eating habits
    6. Giving away time
    7. Unknown symptoms (like dehydration)
    8. Late night sabotage (poor sleep hygiene)
    9. Brainless multitasking
    10. Always running behind
    11. Pursuing the impossible/ perfection

    Yessssssssss mindless scrolling has been keeping me anxious for a while. And I definitely don’t get the thing done I need to idk why. It’s not even anything that deep like I just need to call to make a doctors appt 😒

    The poet Jane Hirshfield described concentration as, a particular state of awareness: penetrating, unified, and focused, yet also permeable and open.... instantly recognizable.
    So right now, name at least one action, topic, or person that you promise to give your whole concentration to today. You will know the moment when it arrives. Let the doors of perception open by giving your attention wholeheartedly. Enter that state of enlarging, and watch time slow and extend.

    PLEASE add a disclaimer to the title of your video that you are not talking about abuse/PTSD related anxiety so that:
    1- People with ptsd/abuse survivors or soldiers who have been in combat click on your video
    2 Think how ignorant you are...that's all.
