    ONE of the BIG secrets to Living Longer is the 'no stress' philosophy. She had no stress never having to go out to earn a living doing a job she hates, hence why her life was so durable. She ate chocolate, cakes and wine like Marie Antoinette so had nothing to worry about since she had a wealthy father who supported her and then married rich.
    ********** LIFESTYLE IS KEY.!!! *****************
    So, no work, no stress, just an idyllic existence waking up when she wanted to, playing tennis & putting on her roller skates..!!! Her thinking was: 'I'm going to do anything that I want to do because I don't have to work for a living.!!!🙂
    LIFE STYLE IS KEY . . . . . . . And T H A T I think is the big secret.

      That is not an exact life.We are born to do if not something great to some extent to our ability contributing to the society in an honest way possible.God likes it.Hence living longer although important doing something good to people is more important.That is the purpose of life besides extending love to all.However I appreciate her for her extraordinary discipline in maintaining good health living 122 years.

    Important to note that longevity is down to a number of factors, but diet is by far the most important. Scientists have estimated that 125 is the absolute maximum possible for a human to live before cell and mitochondrial division will lead to DNA expiry. I believe someone in the near future will live to 120 but it will be a long time before anyone eclipses Jeanne's record. Kane Tanaka died last year at 119y 107 days, that is still over three years short of Jeanne's life at 122y 164 days. Incredible!.

    • @justinexplainseverything1554
      @justinexplainseverything1554 Год назад +1

      Exactly, and I think a lot of people are confusing "The Maximum Life Span" with increased "Average Life Span". 125 Years of age, like you said, is probably the maximum for a human to live, even with the best medicine and modern Science, 125 is probably the ceiling. The only reason that more people are reaching the age of 100 today, compared to in the past, is because the global population continues to keep growing, the more people you have, the more people will reach different mile stones like age 100 or age 110. A great example of what I'm saying is, take a look at many people that were born in the 1800's, and compare many of those people to people that were born in the 1900's, many of those people born in the 1800's have lived longer than those born in the 1900's.

That the state looking after me if I were very frail or my mind deteriorated, that I’d be in the hands of the state and people I don’t know in any real way, so I wouldn’t want to be in that situation at all, but if I was still able to walk, talk and think for myself, I’d want to keep living in my current body and keep learning.
