If I hadn’t watched this I would’ve completely messed it up. I didn’t screw the filter in properly. Excellent video. Thank you very much!
Thank you so much ! I needed this review
We use it, & it really works.
The TDS meter that comes with it, really show you how much TDS is filtered.
Right? so cool!
ONLY of the solids... NOT of the chemicals.
Zero brand has been a good filter using for over 6 weeks .always used on city water. Taste great no more chlorine smell. The test meter still says 0.00
@@Syncere20 hello, I just received my pitcher and was wondering do I need to empty the picture before I refill? Or can I simply add water when needed? I am old and terrible about reading instructions.lol. I leave mine on the edge of the counter and use the dispenser. Works great
Thank you for the great, informative review!!
I got one of these just recently after moving!! I'm so excited for my purchase it's been so nice. When I first was looking into water filters your review was MUCH more informative and overall better than the others I had seen at the time. I love your videos a lot but this one has affected my life and shown me how much better water can be!
So happy to hear this! Glad I was able to help! Stay Tune! I will be reviewing a new product that is similar to this product, maybe you would want that too :)
Awesome! I have ur post notifs on I will be sure to check out for it!
Pre filter the water using the zero water faucet filter worked great for me got it down from 190 TDS to like 180 using the faucet filter 1st then I use a UV sanitizing light to kill the microbes then i use the pitcher got it down to 001 TDS I have well water so cant expect it to be perfect but literally 001 from 180 after faucet filter ill take!
34 ppm is extremely clean water. Depending on how dirty the water is to begin with the Brita will reduce solids to about 320 ppm. The ZeroWater reduces water to zero ppm but people have complained of the taste. Minerals are what give water its taste. So while significantly dirtier, the water from the Brita filter tastes better, reviewers in a double blind study said.
Thanks for sharing! :)
Taste? yes, without minerals it's not that good, BUT! Bad fact is that both filters i used started to stink. 1st did around 50 liters of water, 2nd did 10, which is very far from what manual says (95 to 150 liters)... In entrance was 240ppm water, at exit firstly was 000ppm, but this didn't last long. Waste of money.
You’re suppose to add your own minerals like pink salt and magnesium or bee pollen, lemon juice etc. snake juice

Thanx for doing the video on this filter!
No problem!
I saw lots of rave reviews about how efficient the filter is on the Zero system. However, most of the negative reviews were due to the lid leaking and falling off whenever people tried to pour water from the Zero pitcher. Thanks to your review, Now I know why! It’s because we’re supposed to Drain the water from the spout on the bottom of the handle. Not Pour the water from the top of the lid😝! I’m even more impressed with the Zero water filter products, since your review. Thanks for sharing!🙏
That usually only happens if there is still alot of water in the top part where you fill the water. I havemt had any leak issue other than that.
I don't have any leaks. I usually pour from the top to fill another bottle that goes into the fridge so I can use the pitcher again or store it. The spout at the bottom is more for if you want to just fill one cup at a time.
I love your channel, I hope your lifestyle and circumstances continues in a manner where you have time to keep focusing on these videos, I could easily see you as a mainstay on youtube once your numbers fit into the algorithm! Thanks for the effort.
Aww Thank you for the kind word and support! Maybe one day!
how do you replace the filter?
Nice video man, keep up the great work, merry Christmas, be safe I subscribed to your channel, have a good one man. Love the vids.

Thank you! this was very helpful! I live in Florida and we have to buy bottled water because the tap water is not so good. Thanks again!
Glad it was helpful!
Excellent video tutorial. How long does it take to fill?
Perfect. I needed your help. Thank you
Glad I could help! :)
So how is your experience with ZeroWater? Mine's really bad... Will not buy again.
Having trouble finding this exact pitcher. Did they quit making this size with a spout?
Just got mine. I live in the l.a. area and the water guys zero water filter is the best tasting water I've ever had. Better than anything sold in a bottle
nice! :)

Thanks for the information!!!
Welcome! Glad I could help! :)
Bonsoir,
👍 must have since a lot of old places running water is not clean.
yes

Loved it , son just got us one of these….takes up way less room than a canister pro pure one…..!
Right? So cool! Thanks for watching :)
You tap water reading is not too bad. My tap water when tested rated 48 .
Great video😊
Oooo you probably will need it.
Your tap water is actually good..Below 300 is fine so 034 is great
:)
It should be below 50 . 200 is in danger zone
@@kimberlymartinez788 Lots of the videos people post the reading on their tap water is about 340 so yours is great.
Good video. Thank you for sharing and be safe.
Thanks, you too!
WHY WONT MY METER READ 0 after washing the pitcher twice. DOES ANYBODY KNOW?
I've read that the filters last longer it you fill a different pitcher with water and let it sit overnight, then put that water in the ZeroWater pitcher the following water. This helps the filter last longer. Anyone out there know if there is any truth to this?
I can see how that would work but thats alot more work.
Nice🙏
You deserve more subs
Thanks for the support and kind words!
Great video
Thanks!
Thank you
You're welcome
034 for tap isn’t bad. I tested my tap where I live and it came up at 300💀
Oh shoot! Thats high!
I'm trying to avoid "plastic fantastic" so where to find that?
Sorry not sure what that is.
@@IsitWorthit1 Things made of plastic, avoiding all plastics
Nice :)

I HAVE THE 12 CU🍵P ZERO WATER FILTER.
BUT WHEN I 1ST TRIED FILTERING MY WATER I COULDN'T TASTE MUCH DIFFERENCE IF ANY WITH THE ZERO WATER💦 FILTER AT ALL.
MAYBE MY TASTE BUDS HAD TO ADJUST 2 CHANGE, & WITH ME FILTERING MY OWN WATER NOW. I GUESS I HAD BEEN SO USE 2 BOTTLED WATER UNTIL I HAD 2 ADJUST MY TASTE BUDS 2 THIS NEW SYSTEM B'COS MY TASTE BUDS ARE VERY SENSITIVE. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES DOWN 👇🏽 2 WATER TASTE. I DON'T LIKE ALL WATER.😝 NOW THERE ARE JUST SOME PPL WHO PROBABLY DON'T HAVE A CLUE OF WHAT I'M TALKING ABT. B'COS SOME PPL DON'T NOTICE DIFFERENT WATERS.
IT'S GOING ON 2 WEEKS NOW.& MY TASTE BUDS HAVE GOTTEN A LITTLE USE TO DRINKING THE HYDRANT WATER FROM THE ZERO WATER FILTER. AND AS I CONTINUE 2 FILTER IT OUT IT NOW IS TASTING BETTER.
BUT WHATEVER IS GOING ON WITH THIS WATER HERE COULD B ALSO AFFECTING THE WATERS TASTE. SO MAYBE THIS WATER HERE IN GENERAL IS THE BLAME,😜
THIS WATER IS JUST ABT. POISON HERE WHERE I LIVE. I JUST GOT A LETTER ON THE SAME DAY AS I WAS USING MY ZERO WATER FILTER 4 THE 1ST TIME. IT WAS TELLING THE RESIDENCE THAT THEIR WATER 💦🌊SYSTEMS FAILED. AND THIS WAS ON THE SAME DAY THAT I HAD DECIDED 2 USE MY ZERO WATER FILTER.
AND PLUS IT HAD BEEN SITTING OUT BUT I JUST HAD NEVER OPENED IT UNTIL THAT DAY OF THAT NOTICE. AND PLUS I HADN'T EVEN SEEN THAT WATER NOTICE WARNING UNTIL AFTER USING THE ZERO WATER FILTER. I HAPPEN 2 GO ✔️ THE MAIL 📬 & THEIR THE NOTICE WAS.
OK BUT AS I CONTINUE 2 WEENE MYSELF OFF OF THE BOTTLE WATER.
I CAN TASTE A DIFFERENCE BUT AS I GO ON MY TASTE BUDS WILL ADJUST. ONE THING I'M SO EXCITED ABT. IS THAT I'M ABLE 2 SAVE ME A FEW BUCKS FOR RIGHT NOW N THIS HIGH INFLATION. I CAN GET MANY USES OUT OF THIS 1 FILTER. AND SO THAT'S A BLESSING 😊 AND I TRULY DO THANK GOD 4 THAT
I'M ALSO THINKING 🤔 ABOUT BOILING MY WATER 2 MAKE IT DISTILLED WATER. AND ALSO RUN IT THROUGH THE ZERO WATER FILTER AFTER I BOIL IT.
I'VE ALSO RAN MY HYDRANT WATER THROUGH THE FILTER TWICE. IT'S JUST SOMETHING I 🤔 ABT DOING B'COS I'M JUST SO SENSITIVE 2 WATER TASTE & TRYING 2 GET THE MOST TASTE 😌
THANK YOU YOUNG MAN I'VE ENJOYED YOUR VIDEO. AND I AM ENJOYING MY ZERO WATER FILTER 😁👍🏾👍🏾💜
where do you live ? your tap water is actually a pretty good number
California
@@IsitWorthit1 that’s surprising. We are actually listed as one of the places that has a hazardous level of contaminants in our tap water. Are you up North?
I live in a state were we have “safe” drinkable water but it is contains metals, fluoride, and poisonous chemicals permitted by FDA in small amounts (similar to the 💉 ingredient in small amounts it’s ok) but for me .01 is still too much.
Can’t see if it’s worth it if we don’t know how long it works etc
Noted! thanks for feedback!
WOW my tap water is over 500ppm live in the UK too.

@@IsitWorthit1 reason for having the zero water filters 🤗
I just buy it and it say 006 first time use filter
Maybe you didn't do it correctly such as installing the filter correctly or you got a defect one. Try to double check if you install the filter correctly. If everything is correct then you should contact the brand or seller.
Just have to wait 3 business days for the water to filter through 🙃
Great Video!
How often does filter need to be changed out, for new one?
Thank You : )
I think it depends on your water quality and how often you use it. I still havent need to change it yet.
@@IsitWorthit1 oh ok cool. How long have you had it?
Great Video, Thanks for creating this! I was interested in buying one of these.... Do you think I could maybe stop by your place and try out the pitcher and taste some water?
Sorry I cannot provide my personal information but feel free to learn more here : amzn.to/2YQYRzC
what an extremely weird request!! 🤣🤣
Whhaaat 😆 😂 weirdo alert 🚨
If we're to lazy to boil water???
?:0
@@IsitWorthit1 at 18 seconds in this video, you said 'if your to lazy to boil it' ...or did i miss understand?
Those filters are expensive.....
Surprised is didn't come with a spare filter.
I only bought it cus I needed distilled water for my Cpap humidifier.
Facts! :(
@@IsitWorthit1 I'd agree it's not designed for drinking water but purifying it.
Shame but works for my needs.
not worth it.. there filters around $15 per at my local walmart.. amz is around $10 but quality is different and don't know what your getting. I'm single and replace filter every 2~3wks as they turn sour.. consider going to berkey system instead, I did
Thanks for the tip!
Nice how easy the cap opened up for him. Mine isn't busting an inch, and it's the same exact product. 🙄 Help!
Edit: Nevermind. Had to literally pry it off with a knife.
How can a 0 TDS water be good for you? If you remove all TDS (even the minerals naturally present in the water) it lowers down the pH of the water. Water is very hungry, when at it's purest form and gets exposed to air, it "eats" carbon dioxide and changes it to carbonic acid which lowers down the pH. You also drink water to quench your thirst, you get thirsty because you loose electrolytes from sweating, and where do we get to replenish electrolytes from? The minerals which are present in water collectively known as TDS. Hahaha, Evian has a TDS reading of 287, you think that expensive water is dirty?
The meter that's included does NOT test for chemical... ONLY for solids. And those solids may be calcium and other minerals that are good for you. Some minerals, of course, will NOT be good for you. So you will never know unless you experiment. I used to use the Zero Water for a very long time. Each time I used it for several months, I found that it kept me from getting calcium and my bones would begin to ache. So I started buying bottles "spring" water and that solved the problem. However, you never know what's in "spring" water either unless you have it tested by a lab. So people are at the mercy of the seller, either the seller of bottled water or the seller of filters.
Noted! Thanks for sharing and pointing out!
If you eat your greens this will never be a problem
how about taking your own calcium supplement? would that help?
No, it's not worth it. I live by myself and I don't even use one gallon a day. Today, less than 2 months since I bought it, it stopped filtering already.
