It's fun to see a breakdown of the different takes! I think one thing that might lead to some of the differences in our reviews is I am very focused on the BTG meta. There are good cards that I rank lower because they don't seem to fit right now and bad cards that I rank higher because you'll need to run them until we get a better replacement. I'm excited to keep trying more decks and enhance my understanding of the first set! It's fun to see more English content. Subscribed.
Very good point! The "meta" is going to be different from playgroup to playgroup I suppose. But surely the Exalts league is a good benchmark. And thanks for subbing! More videos coming up soon, they're so much work xD xD
The 3 of you are doing a really good work doing these videos, and its also surprising how is solidifying and the whole variety of decks that i could see. I hope i had the time soon to join more things like the exalts league, for the moment i'll try to enjoy with my little community the physical format.
@@Clappincardboard I feel the same way. Cantrips (small spells that replace themselves by drawing a card) are very strong structurally. For most Axiom decks right now, the problem might be that you‘ll be hard pressed to find the rare slots necessary to run this at rare, but it‘s definitely strong.
I'm rating the cards more for their strength but with a bit about how they could fit into particular heroes. And I wouldn't claim to be an expert here. I'd like to see more variety of decks that have a meta narrow things down, but we'll see what happens on release. There are some cards that I think are just too powerful not to see play even if they are not a perfect fit but I guess we;ll see what happens in practice. I'm quite scared of someone putting together a Robin Waru deck, not just with 3 rare Robins but with 3 Uniques with the Robin effect on another beaurocrat.

Very nice, thanks for the kind comment! Playing in paper is definitely the most fun because it's so social :D
Really like the hooked rare. That extra card draw and its cost of 2/2 makes it very good imo.
