The reality is most companies don’t wait for a 90-day notice period. If you lie about it, they might ask for proof, like a screenshot of your resignation email or the portal showing your last working day. Even if early release is possible, companies often say they hired you because they needed someone urgently. How do you handle this without lying?
No one can force to work beyond your own consent. You have every legal right to resign and serve a notice of whatever period you like. Max consequences will be of 1 or 2 months salary amount as a charge. Usually people do serve 30,45,60 days of notice and many accepts it as well. Be confident and STATE your own last working day and ask management's cooperation. If you are a cfo or ceo or any upper higher management that's a whole different story.
Some product based companies too have 90 days NP 😕and company HR of no use
It all depends on new company , sometimes they just revoke the offer as all the companies have backups.

nowadays companies are mainly looking for candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days....and if we don't show any proof then even after clearing the interview they are not going to release any offer letter....
Those are irresponsible companies who don't care if one is leaving, they start finding for a person when problem started coming that's why they are asking you to join immediately but check once their notices period will be 60 days

These days the hr of "TO"companies ask to send them resignation email of "FROM" company with date of relieving
Jo apne last me kiya, isi wajah se companies dont trust anyone for long notice period.
I was also stuck in same 90days period. I lied that my notice period was 45 days because i was not even getting a single interview call at 90days notice.
Considering the current market conditions, this advise won’t hold good as quite a few skills have become redundant owing to AI and other dynamics. This advise is good only if you are absolutely employable getting calls very frequently or when the market conditions are good.

He has worked there for almost 10 years and when he tried to get another job, prospective employers are iffy due to 90days notice. I will share your video with him. I have gone through this and on top of it mobile is not allowed in office as our client is bank. So only through mails with 3 months notice period I had find another job. Finally with old colleague reference I find another interview & job
I always keep a stack of evidence against bosses, and use it in my resignation.
All the companies requested me to leave immediately by paying pending amount in time, haha.

90days notice period is an issue. But whatever you have suggested is not correct. When you are saying that after resignation you will stop working or giving reasons,etc. You should also think of third party verification which the company you are suppose to join will do. Also experience and releiving letter is also improtant.

I know Notice period is SCAM. But the issue is, many Employees don't want to spend their time to argue with Comoany HR management. If we do not spend Notice period then in some companies HR will not provide us paper and full and final settlement. So that's why employees don't want to get in trouble.

I used to work for a company which has 60 days policies and they don't have early release so, I used my trick and got out in 29th day as next was Saturday and going again only for Monday was not feasable.

Prepare well in advance.. keep giving interviews .. unles syou are not abel to clear 2-3 interviews do not put down your papers.. now that you are prepared.. you will get lot of options to play with.. and in last 15 days you will most likely get a lot of calls..
Also start saving money and be prepared for staying jobless.. for few months..

Bhai i faced the same issue, the solution i was found was simply delaying you current task to an extent that you managers gets frustrated. Uske baad jaake boldo ki bhai agar saare kaam time pe chahiye to early relydedo nahi to aise hi kaam karunga(dont say this on email).
And unko seedha bol do ki mera current offer decline ho gaya is notice leriod ki wajah se , ab mera to kuch nahi bigdega ab aapka hi bigadunga (say this diplomatically) . You current company management should be taking stress and if your role is really important then they will listen to you, but if your day to day deliverables are easily taken care of by some orher peer, then you have no choice but to serve 90 days. So moral of the story if you have strong dependency (you make them bend) in the project or lowest dependency/bench (the company will be at profit to release you early)then only you can get early release.
What if your current company not agreed negotiate notice period. First thing you are telli g lie to recruiter. You will lose offer. Dont give shortcut suggestions just because of you have youtube channel. Indians need to be honest and ethical first.

In this case when you join the other company they might ask you this question, but you can reply as “they gave me early release on that day itself, and by the time you had already released the offer for the earlier decided date” i had a family emergency to take care off which i had utilised during the gap period
