If I have a back up camera in the tail gate will this work in my 2018 f150?

I wish it didnt require drilling into the tailgate :-( it might still be worth it if you have a camper shell so that the tailgate doesnt get scratched when putting cargo into the truck or climbing inside the camper shell. It might be worth it to use double sided tape if you have a truck cap to keep it in place instead of drilling.

How soon will the screw holes rust out?

There is no effin' way I'm drilling 26 holes in the tailgate of my brand new $46,000.00 SRP 2017 GMC Sierra 1500.
That does void the paint warranty.
I'm using strips of velcro to hold mine on the tailgate. They sell it by the roll in the hardware aisle at Lowes.
Same thing with installing stuff to the truck frame. ANY drilling of holes through truck frame voids the warranty also.

Good luck having velcro strips holding it in place, the mats are heavy and if you every have anything that pulls across your tailgate when loading it will just pull the mat off. These holes are small and not intrusive, rust will not be a problem because it's not in an area that gets salt buildup, etc. the screws are tight and the bedmate keeps it tight and sealed. I swear, truck guys now are so worried about messing up their fingernails, "it's a truck" for gawd sakes.
