Breath of the Kingdom Any%

This is a speedrun of BotW and TotK back to back that I did for fun recently. I'll be making an edited video going over it later but I figured I'd upload the full version for now. Keep in mind this was from a few weeks ago so the PB comparisons for TotK are going to be pretty different.

As un-official runs go I would love to watch a "Tears of the Wild" where you run both games simultaneously. Using moments like in BOTW at 10:08 - 10:40 to jump back to TOTK and then back again would be awesome!

The glitches are fun, but playing the game normally feels so useless now. Tears of the kingdom just completely invalidates everything breath of the wild was.

Seriously though, I’m of the complete opposite opinion. I think TotK is overbloated BotW that misses a lot of the peaceful desolation vibe that BotW had going for it. I don’t dislike TotK, but damn BotW has something really special going for it.

@@ilbroducciorewhile I wouldn’t go as far to say totk is overbloated, I do agree that I miss that sense of loneliness, the feeling you get from wandering a ghibli post-apocalypse.
But that is simply my personal preference, I understand most people prefer how totk feels more alive and dense

@@ilbroducciore tears of the kingdom took breath of the wild, perfected the flaws, mixed the pieces around, put it back in the box, and then used what time and money was left to double the size. That’s invalidating breath of the wild. You’re really going to play for like… the tutorial? Or the general vibe of being alone? Breath of the wild has next to nothing over tears of the kingdom, everything has been replaced and then some with major improvements in the original weak spots.

I feel like it would either involve a lot of complicated routing or just become pause one game while you play the other for a bit and keep alternating. Maybe I'll try it at some point though.

I used a glitch to duplicate the spear a few times so I was dealing 5x damage.

its called zuggling, specifically map zuggling which iirc is possible on 1.0-1.1.2
