All Lynels Master Mode (no ancient arrows)

- This run's pretty cool because it uses a glitch called Weapon Modifier Corruption to create a bow that can 1 shot almost every enemy in the game with lynels being one of the exceptions. The setup is done in Kakariko right after plateau and while it takes a while to get the bow, killing the lynels is much faster and can be done without landing which may or may not make up for it.

I like how the category is “lets kill all the hardest enemies without the cheesy 1 hit kill arrows”… and the run is now “let’s glitch out an OP bow to kill all the hardest enemies with 2 shots of a bow”

I learned how to do a BLSS recently and it takes me around 30 second and a few failed attempts, so seeing your controller inputs in the bottom left be so ridiculously fast is amazing to me!

Who figured this route out? It's insane! The whole setup he does before even fighting a lynel is just nuts.
He basically has infinite faries. He's essentially immortal.
The route to kill the lynels is basically just copied from Limcube's All Lynels ancient arrows run, but instead of using ancient arrows I used the omegabow setup they use in All Kilton Medals. I think the setup was a combination of TaoPlusPlus's and iTNTPiston's work.
Nice run! I also had problems with the power, it was so windy.

I set the video speed to x2 as its a tad lengthy. I then went on to work on stuff, when I peeked back you were bomb wiggling and I forgot it was x2 speed. I thought holy crap, this is WR and a half pace, change directions, go to the castle with that wiggle speed! xD

Very cool! Why is English the preferred language for this run?
It isn't I've just been running all shrines where English is faster and was too lazy to switch languages. It should be the same as any% I think so French would be a couple seconds faster.

How many hours total have you put in on botw?

I'm not sure, but probably not. I think currently the bow deals 2440 if all the arrows headshot where red lynels have 2000 HP and each level up gets +1000 HP. Level 3 attack up gives a 1.5x multiplier which means that any blue lynels would be able to be killed in one shot and silver lynels would only take 2 headshots instead of 3. There are a lot of blue and silver lynels so if you hit perfect headshots you probably save like 10-15 shots, but that probably doesn't make a big difference and you'd have to factor in the time it takes to gather the attack up materials for the meal and how it changes the whole IST/WMC setup (which I'm just using a setup that already existed for All Kilton Medals).
I definitely do not understand these special item steps. Were they intentional in game programming?
Nope
It's called arbitrary code execution
The game calls up items and actions based on a series of numbers, and if you do certain things in the game, you can rearrange those numbers into a way they weren't supposed to be, so the game ends up calling up the wrong numbers and making things happen that aren't supposed to.
It's very hard to run into something like that in regular gameplay, but if you know what you're doing, you can manipulate the code to do a lot of stuff, including just skipping right to the end credits.

Next challenge is to kill them all without touching the ground after doing the glitch.

Hey Player 5, if there is a route doc could you please attach it for me?
There's no explicit route doc for this but it's a hybrid of AKM and all lynels ancient arrows. I usually just take some notes from the wr run and go from there although in this case I watched Tao's omegabow walkthrough.
Did you know that if you shield surf then enter bullet time in the air, then exit bullet time you’ll fall down faster, which might help during the long fall in the last split
I was gonna be like "how tf is he gonna shield surf 1000 feet in the air" and then I remembered you can just put your shield on your feet lol

Yeah the AA WR is like a 43 and could be in the 30 minute range with a better run. The omegabow setup takes a long time where duping AA is only like 1 or 2 steps
