Before my X, I owned a Range Rover, which was truly awful. The amount of maintenance turned me into a raging lunatic. In 24 months, the Model X has been nearly problem free. And it drives like a spaceship. In comparison, driving the Model X makes everything else feel like driving a lawn tractor.
@Lauren No, not from my experience. I have a 2018 Range Rover, and Ive been daily driving it and have had 0 problems. There just could be some bad apples out there. Also, I know older ones typically have problems too which is mainly why I went with a new one. I was slightly afraid because I heard about their reliability issues but I really havent had any issues, neither does my friend who also has one.
that's so funny because my mum has a Range Rover and she wants to purchase a Model X because of all of the issues she's been having within just three years of buying it.

Pretty good review! What I find most interesting with the X is how it tops the list on so many auto segments. I mean down side.. is that when these guys review it offroad, they compare the luxury minivan/SUV to a truck rather than anything remotely in the same category.. but it even tackled THAT with more capability than the hosts were comfortable with, haha. I mean holy cow, they take it on a tow test and it tops the list as a low range tow rig. People struggle to find faults with it in super specific use-cases (wElL wHaT IF I NeEd to ToW Muh HOrSe TrAiLor 10k MiLeS wItH mUh FaMiLy CaR & dONT EvEn HaVe TiMe tO sToP fUr 30 mInUtEs") but a vehicle that can handle trails better than a minivan, the track better than a a trackhawk, and Ike Gauntlet better than anything even near its size... that's nucking futs!
You may want to revise the statement about the front trunk being secure. It’s easily accessed without setting off the car alarm through a panel in the grill area. I won’t go into details here but a simple search will show how insecure the front trunk is on the X.
What I love about Tesla is that you can keep your kids occupied while supercharging by letting them play games. I also really like the performance aspect of their EV's.
@@darrenpardoe Unless you are on a road trip you spend almost no time filling up because you plug in when you get home and leave with a full charge in the morning. On a road trip you stop to eat, restroom break or coffee break and that 20 minutes is usually all you need to get enough charge and go.
When I drive to Florida I can drive 700 miles without stopping for fuel, then it takes 8-10 minutes to put fuel in. In a Tesla that would be hours of charging. Trust me, my family wants to get to FL as fast as possible. Sitting in a vehicle playing outdated 1980’s would get old fast. Electric vehicles are good for some uses, but not long distance travel.
@@KJSvitko well were all a little different. The great thing about an ice engine, you can be spontaneous. Drive an ev and you have to be ever so careful that you map everything out. I can drive 5 miles or 1000 miles if I want and choose how long I take a break.
Surely if you can afford a Tesla, you can give your kids their own game pad. Saves squabbling. That malapropos big screen is a car controller, and I would have thought it wasn't prudent to allow kids to use it.
5:21 the front trunk isn’t good to put valuables since there is an emergency system on the outside to open it, but the regular trunk bottom section is safe
Yep the BMW x7 , Audi Q7 and the Lincoln Navigator are much more basic and down to earth.......? None of them will be as reliable as the X 7 years from now. The x will still be under drivetrain warranty. It you are worried about repairs after 10 years buy an Toyota RAV4. It cost to be boss.

@rafik I agree. What I don't understand is why there is so much negativity towards an American company that creates American jobs and their cars use domestic fuel providing for more American jobs. Do we really want this company to fail?
I am considering this EV and so I have been obsessively watching review videos. This has to be one of the most detailed/informative videos I have watched so far. Thanks for uploading....
KurtBP75, bought mine 12/18 and by far the best car I've ever owned. I went with 6 seat configuration. With 3 teenage kids it works great and of course they want to drive it all the time. A lot of negative comments on here but you won't see many from owners! Long trips are not the best but the range on the current X is much more than mine. Can't wait for a cybertruck....
Great review! I really liked being able to see what the interior and trunk space of the 5 seat configuration looks like since most reviewers and Tesla showrooms have the 6 or 7 seat configuration. You do get a lot more trunk space without those two rear seats. One of the best X reviews I've seen. Thanks!

There are several comments on here saying $100,000 vehicle. It USED to be 100K. Maybe you can option it up to that? I didn’t check. THIS Tesla in the video is $86,000.
Yes the frunk lid of all Tesla vehicles were designed to save the lives of pedestrians above all else. If you use 2 hands and close it slowly it will never get damaged. If you use one hand or excessive force you might bend it. If a tesla collides with a pedestrian, that soft hood will protect them from head injuries probably better than wearing a helmet and getting hit by a gas car because the engine block is inches from the hood. Which is what your head will collide with.
The hood is aluminum with a steel strip in it at the location where you are supposed to push when closing it. Slamming the hood can cause the aluminum to warp.
"The door handle 'gently exudes'..." - loved it! Thanks for this - always been interested in the X without going into this much detail. Still helpful a year later!
@Zack Smith Toyota has to pay for advertising..otherwise no one would buy that crap. Tesla has never paid for any advertising. Owner such as myself who have owned Toyota in the past can say Tesla is better. Tell me which Tesla did you own that you can say Toyota (CRAP) outlast a Tesla
Customer satisfaction is most important. So like the X and some don't for many reasons. Some drivers like a quiet ride while others like to hear the engine roar. It's all personal preference.
If it had a 400 mile range at 75 mph I’d buy one. They cost the same as any of their gasoline contemporaries. I just down like the idea of having to stop for an hour to charge the thing. When they get the charge time to 10 minutes for a couple hundred miles, it will be a viable product for everyone to own.
hirosima1984 I,m 380 miles door to door from home to the vacation house. I know for sure they have a couple of charging stations depending on the route I take. I prefer not stopping if at all possible, which is what I currently do on my 4 day trips. Good information thanks.
Regarding brakes: Normal driving, you hardly ever use them. Only really for emergency braking or very low speed braking-relying mostly on regeneration to slow the car down under most driving conditions. I don't think my 6 year old Model S has ever needed any brakes replaced, and I am pretty sure they could last as long as I own the car. Nice video dude. What a cool car... except for the non-retractable retractable spoiler in the back-that's a little silly. :-) Hey, one (oops-two) thing(s)... I noticed when I leave my Model S plugged in and UNlocked in my (nice and secure home) garage at night (for easy access), the driver's screen stays on-indicating the range of the car-and when I get in the car and go drive the next day, the range (like 270mi or whatever) is burned into my screen for a while. I'm afraid to get burn-in on my screen. Only solution is to lock the car while it's plugged-in in the garage-bummer for me. Also would be nice to get to ride-height settings in one tap/press of the finger, not two taps on the screen while I'm driving and I need them NOW. If they are going to force me to go into the "Quick Controls" screen-instead of the last screen I wanted to use (like it used to do-before Quick Controls-which would be the Suspension settings screen), then they should at least put the suspension controls on the Quick Controls screen, or better yet, have a separate button to press for Quick Controls and give me back a button that takes me to the settings tab I was previously on (which might even be Trips, or Energy, if I'm on a long road trip) when I press it... Or let us make a custom panel on the screen where we can have the buttons we want on the screen that we can access in one tap (especially important in a vehicle with almost no physical buttons). What do you think? Is the Model X the same in that way? Maybe Tesla would listen to you? :-D Thanks for your videos.
I do think the car is neat (there are a ton of them here by Microsoft. Just don't damage a model x or it will be in the shop 3 times longer than your model 3.

No wonder we live in a world in which some show respect (or lack of) towards people based upon the way they look. Grow up, people!
Its funny how fooled people are by techniques used in the auto industry. They've been clinging on to Tesla's "not as luxurious interior compared to better brands". You guys are duped easily with a noisy cluttered interior filled with buttons (95% of you never use) trimmed with nice aluminum and flashy shit. Its literally like a 90s Nokia phone, or a blackberry phone decked out with gold trim. So many brands still have "luxurious" analog clocks inside the interior. Like seriously dude? I understand they are good cars in terms of engine build and what not, but i look at way more important shit you actually USE that betters your life. The tech, navigation, voice command, ease of use, OTASU is far more important not to mention it makes your entire experience better. I'm not even talking about safety or future fsd either... Seriously most cars interiors after my Model 3 looks stupid old and outdated. I myself never understood the difference until you actually own one, driving it once doesn't cut it. I've owned all of them, and truthfully i couldn't give 2 shits about cars. Mercedes, Lexus, Audi, at the end of the day, neither car provided anything that stood out to me as "life changing". The Tesla really does change your lifestyle in terms of driving. Don't like the looks? Cool, nothing else really matter if its really all subjective. But the facts are the facts, and you cant hide behind luxurious trim and buttons in your lexus when it still uses a 1990's tom tom navigation forcing you to look to your phones while driving.
Button count is a tricky one. Too many is cluttered, expensive, and confusing. Too few is frustrating (for those who prefer instant gratification vs. hunting) and distracting (for those who like to look where their driving). I think the answer is somewhere in-between the extremes - a combination of on-screen and hard buttons (or a large screen with dedicated sections). Maybe I'm a pessimist (or a realist), but one day, hopefully far in the future, one of these screens is gonna fail - that owner will long for the days of buttons, lol.
How much does it cost to replace that windshield? How well do the doors work in snow and ice? How much power does the climate control take at 0 degrees? How much power does the AC take at 110 degrees?
These new luxury SUVs are a mess. I work in an office with a few execs and they all complain (save one) about the numerous times they had to send in their BMW, Mercedes and Tesla SUVs for warranty repairs during the first year of ownership. Except for the one exec who bought the Lexus, who jokingly likes nothing more than to ask them "Where's your ride?".
@DrgnFlys I only know for sure about the one purchased in 2018 because that particular exec runs my department. My exec's Tesla has only been in the shop 3 times (fewer than a fellow exec's 2019 BMW X5). Her main complaint is she's put as many miles on the loaners as her Model X.
DrgnFlys lol hell nah pal. My buddy has had his model 3 for a year, one of the batteries became reactive and was gonna blow up so they had to replace all of them for safety. It cost him 10k with the crappy insurance they give. He jokes around with me that he’s putting a v8 in it. Lol like that’s gonna happen
@@savagetuner2404 Tesla offers an eight year warranty on the battery. They replace the entire batter pack as a unit. Unless he put a bullet through the battery pack (someone did this), it would not cost him anything.
Lexus as a brand is so underappreciated, especially considering how far they've come. I don't understand how people put so much trust in cars that break down so often, especially when they cost so much to repair.
It's incorrect that regen braking comes to a complete stop (12:45). It creeps to 5 mph ish but you will have to press the breaks to come to a complete stop. It will come to a complete stop if you are using autopilot and it needs to stop.
Correct. I find myself using the brake at exactly 5 mph. Never before unless it's an "emergency" Autopilot uses the brake when needed. Also if anyone is wandering, the brake lights do come on during "Re-gen" if the vehicle slow quick enough.
Tommy, can you do an episode on 0 to 60 sec speed test. Your X may not be running at 4.4 seconds either. Mines tends to be around 5 seconds. 100D Raven edition.
@@hirosima1984 tried all the settings, 5 seconds best time. Even had Tesla Delivery and Service personnels look into settings to ensure it was configured for best acceration time. There are other 100D Raven owners getting 5 to 6 seconds also. The problem may affect more owners than just a handful.
Just for the sake of science: Can you crash the car in the entry pole at your studio, so we can compare the repair costs and time to the Model 3? Of course, after you made your tests with it. ;-)
Was the vehicle in the shop before you did the test? If so, the height sensor on top will remember this and will limit the opening height of the doors even if you just backed out of the garage. Try leaving the location and come back. Then, try again before pulling into the garage. The door should open with the clearance you have.
Good job Tommy. You probably didn't have enough time to mention it, but you didn't go over the adjustable smart air suspension that automatically adjust to heights at previous set locations. Helps with taking tight turns to take advantage of that extremely low center of gravity battery pack.
Great video, Tommy! We're looking forward to hearing more about the additional benefits you discover during your Model X ownership experience. Have you tried taking onramp/offramp curves or curvy roads at higher-than-expected speeds? Your initial thought is that there is going to be major body roll. After all, this is a heavy SUV-type vehicle. But, the Model X somehow reveals an inner sportiness when pushed and handles curves much better than any SUV I've ever driven (sans a sporty German model with the penalty of a harsh ride).
The X has the least body roll of any SUV you'll find but the problem is the tires. The base X weighs 5600 to start without passengers. To cut road noise down they come with Continetal tires that have foam inside the tire. The stock tires just do not do well when pushed into a corner and applying brakes/regen. The sport tires on the P100D perform much better obviously. I haven't tried driving on the 22" variant.
I really want to get behind Tesla because electric vehicles are fascinating, but IMO their biggest issue is all these unnecessary gimmicks on their vehicles. When we went shopping for a new SUV this year we did not consider Tesla, because it screams unreliability and big maintenance cost with all those gimmicks. As someone who fixes their own vehicles, when I see all those “features” such as automatic door handles, gull-wing doors, etc...I just see tons of sensors and electronics that won’t last. If Tesla wants to be revolutionary and make a every man electric vehicle, they heavily need to reconsider their strategy. I do hope in the future their vehicles become more sensible.
Even with a base Model 3, the fact that relatively minor collisions result in *months* of time in the shop and multiple thousands of dollars convinced me it was a bad idea. I don't have the garage space and disposable time to do a "Rich Rebuilds" style workshop either. I really enjoyed driving the Model S, and they're approaching affordable prices on used ones, but it's like driving a used BMW or Mercedes - even minor repairs are going to kill your wallet.
@@JREwing78 yes! If they want to be different have an Amazon like fulfilemt center that ships the body panels to your house and make them easily swappable by the end user. The way they build it with double walled aluminum structure makes it a nightmare to work on.
Jason Risner Their infrastructure definitely needs a major upgrade. But since they’re basically the pioneers of mass produce electric vehicles, one would expect this issue. And it is unquestionably that repairs cost more due to them inputting the Model X into the luxury market, that’s why there needs to be a version without all these added gimmicks which just creates much more expensive repairs.
I enjoyed watching the video! But I got to ride in one for awhile and what I noticed was it was the loudest car “as in road noise”. And It echoed a lot. Yeah it might be because of the big window in the front but still as a luxury vehicle it should be a bit quieter.
I absolutely love our Tesla Model X we chose to go with this vehicle over a Range Rover sport for a ton of reasons after test driving both of them For a week or so each. The number of options and luxury amenities from the X dwarfs any other luxury brand. I recently had my 2nd daughter and my parents came to visit. We have a 6 seater and there were 0 issues moving everyone around, w the kiddos in the main captains chairs. What's more is the amazing self driving, $0 in gas and maintenance. There is 0 competition.
Range Rover Sport would murder this off road which what it was meant for wrapped in a luxury offering and the comparison wouldn't even be close... If you want real luxury nothing beats a Rolls Royce or Bentley or a high end Mercedes or even a lower specturm Lexus LX... This Model X is what I called technology dumb (people see the big giant screen and they are sold)... It's make driver dumber and lazier and certain features are over engineer and novel such as the rear doors and other items. In addition, because I love driving and having feeling of the road and giving input, the self driving and self parking and automated features are worthless for me and a gimmick (BMW and other automakers had these features years ago if not decades).. If I did not want to drive, I would either have car service or a personal driver since the US roads are not quite equipped to handle Telsa self driving technology to begin with.. What people fail to realize is that computer systems and programs that are running the vehicle was written by a "human being" and such its always goining to be prone to errors and I am not going risk my children lives or family based on some program that written and was not fully tested (and it is being currently tested through trial and errors , since Telsa is a relatively new automatker, the customers are the guinea pigs)..
@@shanepersaud7428 no doubt. The X in my opinion is not an "Off Road" vehicle. It will do dirt road and trails, we have been to farms and other gravel driveways. @5:12 The frunk is not secure and you should NEVER put valuables in it on any Tesla. The frunk on the X has a mechanical release located in the bumber for 1st reslonders to access the high voltage cables during an accident. The model 3 has an electrical release located in the bumber that requires something a little as a 9-volt battery to open in case of power loss.
'bumber' does not equal 'bumper'. And in most cases, first responders gain access 'after' an accident. Other than that, good advice on frunk access. We only use the frunk to store things such as groceries that we will remove when we get home.
This is an amazing review. It's so rare that someone isn't gushing over the car in their reviews because they're in love with Tesla making it hard to not feel their bias in their reviews. You did a fabulous job, thank you! Keep up the good work! 😃
If they eliminated the gadgets - open the doors yourself - sliding minivan doors are more efficient than x wing doors - normal front windshield While keeping - the space - acceleration Adding lift lower suspension modes for off road, towing package And reducing the price to $ 50k, they wouldn’t be able to make enough of these.
the spoiler retracts on the standard X when the trunk opens and is adjustable on the Performance variant. the suspension was not updated over-the-air... it was updated completely with the new Raven versions of the S and X.
What trim package is this model x? I really like that it has the light wood trim in the interior. Most white interiors I’ve seen have just the white and black without any wood paneling.
Don’t pulse downward on your soft aluminum frunk. Rather with your flat palms just to either side of the center front where the latch is press downward gently until it latches. The you’re doing it will make the aluminum wavy over time as it slowly gives with your impulses.
@Franklin Sharp Clearly you missed a few videos then. They did show the repaired car when they got the 3 back and went over what was done to it. No sooner than they got it back they traded it.
Not many buyers that are spending 85k + on an suv care about fuel mileage. So other than silly doors and a great 0 - 60 time, there are so many kick ass vehicles in that price range. Millennial tech money makers probably love this stormtrooper looking van.
Question: Discussing range etc (not your X specific), if you run low and say your buddy is with you in his pick up (just like your were in a test :) - if he towed you, would the electric car re-gen power whilst being towed ?
@DrgnFlys they didn't say that Tesla was their Dream brand. They said this (Model X) was their Dream car. The Model X starts at 81K. That's a long ways from 37K

Very interesting take on the key fob EDIT: and wireless charging pad lol as a MS owner. i have noticed that people who purchased the M3 as their first Tesla have quirky likes and dis likes for the OG tech
It is just crazy to me that Tesla spent the kind of money they did on the falcon wing doors rather than focusing on basic quality and a lower sticker price. They seem like such an gimmick that are almost certain to break and add little to no value. I’m all for cool tech but this is over the top.
Ever hear about this little thing “Model 3?” The doors are super helpful. You can get into 3rd row without bending weirdly. You can put a child seat in without bending. The falcon wing doors are also really good at opening in tight spaces. They are 100x better than a normal car door
Good video, however, this video and the last live show suffer from a high pitch screeching sound. In the live show it was obnoxious at certain points towards the end. In this video it's more subtle but almost throughout the whole video. Seems to be a similar sound.
I love Tesla they’re amazing :) Nobody: Literally nobody: Not a single soul in the world: No one to have ever existed: Tesla: if you lock your car, your doors will start dancing
The car itself needs to have a cellular connection for the embedded cell phone to receive relayed signals from the phone app. The phone app by itself will work on either WiFi or a cellular data connection.
A reverse cam is all that is needed .. Only people that are prone to back into poles need 360° overhead camera. On another note did you guys ever try to capture sentry mode footage of your infamous model 3 mishap?
Which is the best configuration to get if I have to carry a wheelchair that has leg extensions? Does a wheelchair even fit in car without having to take it apart? When it is 100°F outside [6 months out of the yr. for us] I dont want to be dripping down with sweat while shoving it into car. Don't have the same balance either due to my injury. Just had knee surgery that requires elevation, need 10 more months to heal. Then a yr. from then I need surgery on the other. After *those* 12 months pass to heal on that one, we go back to original Knee for a complete knee replacement. See why an easy way to Slide a wheelchair is so important? It would be awesome to see someone demonstrate how easy or complicated it will be to get wheelchair with leg extensions inside car so I don't have to carry chair outside of car.
Where does "give it the beans" come from, is it a Midwest or mountain zone thing? What is wrong with pedal to the medal, or flooring it? Is "the beans" a comment on the farting noise of exhaust?
Interesting review. I presume that is a Pre-Raven Model X? So it would also be Pre-MCU2? (Would be amazing if this had an FM Radio and MCU2...) How is the quality overall? So far whenever someone has complained about malfunctioning parts in a Tesla, it always seemed to be about Model X, and mostly about the Falcon wing doors in winter...
So essentially what makes the Model X so much cooler is all gadgets, very little useful things aside from being an EV. I don't need my car to open or close it's doors with a multitude of actuators because I have functioning extremities, nor is a full and very expensive piece of glass which I need to shade out most of the time particularly useful. Let me ask you this: would you be as enthusiastic about this car if it had a regular V8?
There are sensors in the door for that and in the roof to detect overhead objects. Since the rear doors articulate in the middle it can adapt the opening to tight space and low ceilings
The way the falcon doors open, you don't want cupholders and drinks in there :). Will shield you from the rain, but pour your drink on you. Hehe.. That's why no cupholders.
Enjoy getting a replacement motor for the door when it goes out. I'd like to get a Tesla but lack of quality control, repairability, and obtaining parts is a huge no go.
Say its a minivan in one frame, and then a SUV in the other, it can't be both lol. I personally like the looks of it, would just be better with regular rear doors/suicide doors.
At a time in the UK where there's talk of making even hands free phones illegal while driving due to the "distractions" caused, the fact that Tesla is even allowed to legally sell their vehicles is mind boggling. How can any vehicle in which the primary, and often sole method of interaction; even for basic, simple tasks, is a huge, non tactile distracting touch screen which requires infinitely more concentration and time spent looking away from the road be considered acceptable? Personally I don't get it. We're not allowed to drink while driving, eat while driving, even use a hands free phone while driving, but it's all right to stare at a touch screen for many seconds at a time while trying to find the correct menu or button to tap to accomplish a basic task or initiate a basic function. Seems like madness
All cars in this price range have an massive amount of cameras actuators and sensors. The Original owner won’t give a flying F. Everything is covers by Tesla.
@@cree8k It won't be as a Tesla. Tesla works through problems and updates suppliers and procedures to eliminate a problem. The X had massive problems with the Falcon doors. The new X's are far more reliable. Taking you $150,000 to the service center is part of owning a $150,000 car. Only the Audi and Lexus flagship cars give above-average reliability. Try owning a Rover or a Alfa. Companies like Subaru often ignore a problem completely until there is a lawsuit or a recall. Sometimes as long as 8 years. Subaru NEVER admitted to the oil bunning or head gasket problems. Elon said the Falcon wing doors where way overengineered.

Yes, because the 12 volt battery is in there and the cut loop.

What I love about Tesla is that you can keep your kids occupied while supercharging by letting them play games. I also really like the performance aspect of their EV's.
Or you could fill up with petrol / gas and be on your way in 5 mins in an ICE car

Don’t slam the frunk hood when closing, you will damage it. Read the owner’s manual.
Why?? It will dammage what? Is it that fragile?

What other luxury car brand do you know cost less the newer it gets and has more features?
If it had a 400 mile range at 75 mph I’d buy one. They cost the same as any of their gasoline contemporaries. I just down like the idea of having to stop for an hour to charge the thing. When they get the charge time to 10 minutes for a couple hundred miles, it will be a viable product for everyone to own.
Model 3 does 190 miles in 12 minutes, so next X will have better results
The comment above me shows a guys that’s done his research
hirosima1984 I,m 380 miles door to door from home to the vacation house.
Hey, one (oops-two) thing(s)...
Thanks for your videos.
I do think the car is neat (there are a ton of them here by Microsoft. Just don't damage a model x or it will be in the shop 3 times longer than your model 3.

But why does everything has to be about "looks" for some (if not most) of you folks? I mean, what can the looks of a car or other object (or even that of another human-being) do for you? Help you feel better about yourself?
Well said! You truly do not fully understand the difference until you actually own one.
Matt Evans I’d rather just have a base model Toyota. Luxury cars are a waist. They depreciate faster than a stock market crash

Exactly! Simple base model vehicle with electic drive train and no junk would sell well.
RobertJLessard Yes, this!

Good video, however, this video and the last live show suffer from a high pitch screeching sound. In the live show it was obnoxious at certain points towards the end. In this video it's more subtle but almost throughout the whole video. Seems to be a similar sound.
I noticed the screech, perhaps the wireless receiver on the lav mic
I love Tesla they’re amazing :)
Nobody:
Literally nobody:
Not a single soul in the world:
No one to have ever existed:
Tesla: if you lock your car, your doors will start dancing
Drink every time Tommy or Roman say "well"!
Does the phone app really require cellular data or will it work with WiFi too?
The car itself needs to have a cellular connection for the embedded cell phone to receive relayed signals from the phone app. The phone app by itself will work on either WiFi or a cellular data connection.
A reverse cam is all that is needed .. Only people that are prone to back into poles need 360° overhead camera. On another note did you guys ever try to capture sentry mode footage of your infamous model 3 mishap?
What if there is gusty wind, how those doors will be secure?
Giving Doug DeMuro a run for his money.
Cool video. Cool technology. Makes me want to buy a 1950's truck. Maybe Tesla will make a vehicle that doesn't look like a purse one of these days
My actual dream car
Can’t disrespect a mini van with wings 🤷🏾♂️
Good question, I'd like to know the answer also.
In a case where the Tesla Model X is parked perpendicularly, are there sensors in the driver and passenger doors to not hit other vehicles?
David N Yes!
So your comment was pointless.
Frunk is not SECURE. It can be opened manually from outside without key. Negative for such mistake
Do they have 7passeger???
How you doin with all the hail in Colorado and that giant windshield?
How much does it cost to replace that windshield?
Enjoy getting a replacement motor for the door when it goes out. I'd like to get a Tesla but lack of quality control, repairability, and obtaining parts is a huge no go.
Say its a minivan in one frame, and then a SUV in the other, it can't be both lol. I personally like the looks of it, would just be better with regular rear doors/suicide doors.
Or even sliding minivan doors. They accomplish the same purpose but are way more practical and reliable.
Bucksturdie it is no different from learning any other set of switches and buttons on a car they just happen to be embedded in a screen
Will front doors crash in to stuff?
Trusting those doors can take quite awhile to get used to. But, they actually work remarkably well - both the falcon wing doors and the front doors.
I wish they still has the adjustable headrests
I like Tesla vehicles, but at times feel like they're answering the questions no one is asking.
Now what could go wrong with all these actuators, cameras & sensors??
If you have to ask that question the Model X is out of your price range.
All cars in this price range have an massive amount of cameras actuators and sensors. The Original owner won’t give a flying F. Everything is covers by Tesla.
In the first model year, a whole lot
@@fatboy19831 I'll bet the original owner will give a flying f. if his car is in the repair shop all the time!
