  • In this weeks video I hit the backcountry and fished for snook and juvenile tarpon... and I found the stacked on a culvert pipe! this was after a big rain and the outflow had insects, glass minnows, and finger mullet flowing through the current! we also ran into that black tip shark! overall a fun trip on light tackle!

Just subscribed , waiting on delivery of my first kayak. Bought a 13ft BKC with trolling motor right between my legs. I will need to cover large distances fishing ocean grass flats and I'm 70 years old. Can't wait

Dope video man and any tips on how to use the mini mullet?

I always tell people work it fast on top of the water for snook. Twitch and reel at the same time. A fleeing mullet is irratic and snook and tarpon can’t resist it. Work it slower for tarpon than snook!

A fly would be perfect in that spot. Easier to keep those smaller tarpon pinned
