If you don’t have baking soda or baking powder, just cream the butter and sugar together for at least 5 minutes to introduce air (which in itself is also considered as leavening). Hope this helps.

instead of using the almond extract u can use almond essence that one won't overpower it i tried both there was a lot difference..hope this help😊❤

It says in the video to preheat oven at 160C or 320F. All ingredients should be at room temperature.

Hi dear, neutral oil like avocado, grapeseed, sunflower or canola oil. I bake in 320F for convection and 350F for conventional oven :)
