You got me seeing cream cheese in the title, lol. My fav. I also just picked up a new jar of vanilla bean paste that I've been desperately wanting to use, lol. However my bundt pan is a lot bigger than yours. Could I just use a loaf pan in the same measurements instead? I love the way a bundt cake looks but I'd rather use the pans I have available to me. Have this in the oven right now. Do not have a Bundt tin. Using others instead. I tasted raw and was so good. Who likes to lick the bowl like when we were kids?😋 UPDATE. This was really good. It's like a cheesecake/pound cake taste and texture. Due to being a little to much work to make. This is the only time I'll be making it.

Sorry to interfere, but I would use grams(scale) , you can never go wrong, as with cups, there are different measures of cups.
