This man is comedic gold. Never disappoints, ever.
100% ❤
Agree! 😄
That's hilarious! We have pine trees in the yard, and are overrun with pinecones, having to pick them up before mowing.... add some cinnamon, and we're apparently sitting on a gold mine! 💰🤑😅
You certainly are! I am in Los Angeles and every year before Thanksgiving I buy at least 2 bags of pine cones that smell like cinnamon.
I need this so much.. i have very bad depression.. this man helps me through it❤❤
His comedy is unlike any other. His looks and tone of voice vs. what comes out of his mouth have nothing to do with each other 😂 I love it when RUclips suggests some Jim Gaffigan comedy that I hadn't already seen!!! He's a genius!
One time he was like "POPE! That's a tough job".....then looked at the audience and casually asked "Anyone pope here?" The s*** he comes up with!!! 😂😂 He's my favorite of all time.
Cinnamon is essentially powdered tree bark, so cinnamon-scented pinecones are sort of a vegetation mash-up.
Jim Gaffigan 😅 offering us more comedy gold. 😊 Love this guy.
You are one of my favorite comedians! The industry that you Are in needs you! More than the pine cone industry needs pine cones
It’s to make your house smell good for the holidays, I love them! You can also get little decorative brooms lol, some of the pinecones also have glitter on them!😁
Yeah, this bit made me think that Jim Gaffigan has led a sheltered life. Scented pinecones cell for a lot of money, especially back East, because people want them in their house for the holidays. It's not that unusual.
At the end with the question "You know who that guy was?" I thought Jim was going to say, "My Uber driver!" 🤣
Jim always has the inside angle on how a serial killer's mind operates. Coincidence? I think not.
Love you Jim!
Saw you in Seattle few months ago 😂my cheeks were hurting. Always love your stuff.
Bring on more Jim your so so funny I can't stop watching you 😂😂😂😂😅😅😅
"That's on me" had me gasping for air.
When that part came up, you spoiled it for me.
Jim’s potent shilvering with the microphone😂😂
Love this man's comedy, what a great comedian.
i am so glad he has the new one! Thanks you save my mental health!
Bend is gorgeous town
Bend is known as a recreational area. It's definitely a winter ski town.
I'm old and he is my absolute favorite comedian of all time. I can watch his stuff anytime and never get bored with. Thank you for so much laughter Jim!
You made my day ❤
I hope you make a special on this performance. Come back to Portland anytime. Killed it as always
I feel like I need to express that I was a bit concerned about Jim’s magnificent spirit during and post the pandemic. Am so happy to see him back and strong (killer) like before. God bless Jim, we truly love you, one of the kind sir…
Big fan ! Always funny!
😂😂 I dread every Christmas season for those darn things! You walk into the store and that's all you smell! 😆
My wife and I literally had tears in our eyes. We have all the pine cones people can have their a pain on the lawn !
I like how Jim always have wiggled his microphone.
❤ Laughing out Loud! ❤
Jims low on cash, was forced to come back and make us laugh, i love it.
I have never been disappointed, I think I am in love with. Sunny ☀️👱🏻♀️🥀
Now I have to Google bags of pine cones when this is over. 🎄
My parents pay their grand kids a dollar to pick up pinecones from their backyard so they don't ruin her lawnmower. I bet they'd pay anyone who wanted a bag of pinecones to come gather some up and they'd throw some cinnamon on there for free.
I live near bend oregon and legit our industry is Ubering out of Towners. But we are too embarrassed to admit it so we all say “Pinecone Factory”
Exactly... The industry in Bend is every imaginable big box store sprawled out for miles ...as well as skiing at Mt Bachelor and gazillion sunburnt kids floating down the Deschutes River that runs thru town on flotillas of airmattresses. (Uber back to town) I hiked the PCT and one could spend a fortune in Uber charges just resupplying groceries. Just go to walkable Sisters, the next town and there's pinecone everywhere free for the taking!
I never wondered where those holiday candles surrounded by cinnamon pinecones came from... but I would not have thought Bend, Oregon.
Brilliant and prolific.
it takes a lot of pinecones to do this one!
JIM CUSSED 🤯
Thanks for the inspiration for preforming in my middle school talent show 🎤 (video on my channel
They do also sell leaves 😊
I’m always so pleased to see your new posts. You’re such a great comedian 👍👍👍
Jim is so hilarious.
still the funniest dude out there.
Yeah I am familiar with the bag of pinecones. Walmart sells them every year. Some also have glitter edging in addition to the overpowering cinnamon scent. They're not cheap and they usually sell out! People are really into them!
Hilarious, I love you Jim! ❤🥰
Bags of leaves are a thing. It is called Potpourri
I would buy a bag of cinnamon-scented pinecones. I want some for fall. They go in bowls and the reason I would buy them instead of finding them on the ground and putting cinnamon on them, is the ones on the ground might be nasty and have bugs or something.
You could just put them in a ziplock bag and put them in your freezer for a while. No more bugs!
@@tjjames9846 True! I would classify this as a potpourri industry. I have a box of pinecones downstairs that are uncinnamoned. I have some of all sizes, BTW.
I found small ones. Washed them off. After that I put them in the oven for a little bit. They had been closed but that made them open up. I have them in a pretty bowl. Have had them for years. They're just so cute since they're small. It just happened that some of the trees dropped a few cones early. All on the same street I was walking on. So collected them on my walk. Don't know why I love them I just do and it's neat that the heat caused them to open up.
@@tiffanymichaels2429 Now I'm wondering about the pine nut industry. Somewhere they're heating up the pinecones to get the seeds for our salads and hummus.
I bought a bag one year just to use as an air freshener. The giant bin in The Christmas Tree store smelled great. I paid for them and brought them home. I put them on top of a corner cabinet figuring that being up high the smell would permeate through my apartment. I never smelled them again
I typed "pinecone fact" and "pinecone factory Bend Oregon" popped up.🤣
I've been *through* Bend, Oregon, but I've never *visited* Bend.
Love it! Oregonian here… so in on the joke for real😂😂😂
In that moment ... he knew, he f@#ked up.
I used to live in Bend when it was a REALLY tiny town with one traffic light and one store. True. it was such a great place to grown up. Now it's completely destroyed.
Okay. LOVE Jim Gaffigan..... Love im. But I'm preettyyy sure he was drunk here.
Hey, guess what comes up first when you google "bend oregon pinecone factory"
I wonder how big of a "Gaffigan bump" they'll see from Jim's stealth product placement?
Thank God for the English subtitles. Otherwise I'd have no way of deciphering his clearly spoken English.
Yes they do
Who would have thought there would be comedic material with pinecones. Jim Gaffigan, that's who. (Why do they add cinnamon to pinecones? Personally they make me gag.)
Pinecones literally grow on trees! 😂
But yeah, I figured it had something to do with the scented pinecones, maybe the colored wax covered ones to use as firestarters. I mean, they are made somewhere. Still...😂
Hey Jim - any chance you would consider an annual Dinner With the Gaffigans? That was such a breath of fresh air during the pandemic.
I've actually bought pine cones in my life. In my defense, they were extra large, very inexpensive at a fair. and it was the '70s. i still have them, but it made me laugh - oh and i live in Western MA, pine trees everywhere!
😂😂 Haven’t you heard of cinnamon pine trees??
Basically, what he’s trying to say is, people will buy anything! 😏
I have so many dents in my car from falling pinecones when i lived in Bend.
Most probably won’t believe this but I lived in Atlanta in the early 1980’s. I went to the Coca-Cola headquarters and told the receptionist in the big entranceway room that I wanted to tell someone that they needed to start selling bottled water.
I explained that I would always wash bottles and have some filled with water in a cooler when traveling or having a day out, and everyone I knew realized it was a great idea. My bottled water was always gone at the end of the outing.
Coca-Cola receptionist looked at me like I was crazy and wouldn’t let me talk to anyone.
I said,”alright but remember this because it’s gonna be big one day!”
So they eventually took your advice and made the brand of bottled water that everyone seems to hate, Dasani.
❤❤❤
He’s amazing 😂
genius
Would love to hangout with Jim and do....nothing!! 😊
👍
Is this recent? I feel like you've lost a little weight. Looking good!
always knew bend had a dark secret!
They do sell bags of leaves at the fish store so you can put them in your tank 😂😂😂🤦🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
I seen that and was like what the hell is this?! 😂🤦🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
They DO. They're pretty and smell nice. Cinnamon for CHRISTMAS. Pine cones for Christmas trees!!!
Plus like you know… Not everybody lives out in the country where there are pine trees that you can just rip the cones off of and take home… And they're full of bugs and sap.
Does Australia have to kidnap you to come tour here?
What's this
He is more shaky than before.
It is ridiculous. Elon didn't start Tesla. He bought it.
So funny.
I've lived in Bend for almost 20 years, and I had no idea that pinecone factory was a thing... not sure it actually is
You have never seen the Vietnamese filling giant clear plastic bags with pine cones out in sunriver and lapine leaving them on the side of the road to be picked up? The same crews that pick the mushrooms in the spring? Hmm interesting...
They already smell like pinecones.
😆😆😆
Elon Musk 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hey Jim, When I worked in the grocery business, we sold bags of cinnamon scented pinecones at Christmas. Imagine the aroma of one bag of pinecones cones to 20 bags of pinecones. 🥹😮
