When I was in Vegas in 2017, I stayed at the New York New York hotel and casino. Wasn’t to bad, My only complaint was the drop for the roller coaster was outside my window. So at all hours every time it dropped you’d get the screams of the riders. Had fun, But unfortunately when I was there in March 2017 one of those Duece double deckers were held hostage. The whole strip was shut down around lunchtime, Had SWAT the Police the works there. Saw and heard the initial gunshots as I was on tne other side of the strip at the time, Unfortunately 2 people were shot with 1 fatal. The night before when We got I got into town the Rolex store was held up and another shot fired and another fatal. So 2 fatal shootings in a 24 hour period, Haven’t been back to Vegas since. Give Me Sydney any day, As I’m a Penrith / Lower Blue Mountains kid through and through.
It looks so artificial. I got my fill of Vegas with the TV series of the same name with Robert Urich and his red Thunderbird. There were ex London Leyland Titans in use there at some point. I got to ride some in London itself!
