    Been enjoying the video's a lot. Many years ago, I ran a grain cart keeping up with 3 combines running irrigated corn in Michigan. A couple of video's age when you were talking about why Cody did what he did, I so get it! Would love to hear how your family got started in the custom harvesting business. Possibly do an interview with you dad? Again, thanks for sharing.

      @@HaydenOnHarvest Mike Mitchell's family on their SW Saskatchewan operation of over 40,000 acres have one field at over 5,000 acres that I believe they are running about 7 combines. A few years back Mike’s dad combine burnt down in this field and although they had the water truck plus tractor & disk in same field the fire prevention equipment was still over 2 miles away at the time the fire started. Non existent cell coverage so someone had to jump into pickup to drive a distance to call volunteer fire department.
      Took nearly two years for insurance company to finally arrange to remove burnt out combine from field.

      @jetegtmeier71 hi! Daddy Hayden aka, Jeff, has been helping run the bagger on this particular farm. So unless we break down, he’s pretty far away from the camera. On any other farm he runs one of our trucks mostly, but has also been in the grain cart & combine this season….oh & the fixer of all things that break lol. Check out some of our Nebraska harvest or move days to see him in some trucking action. 😊

    • @HaydenOnHarvest
      @HaydenOnHarvest  Год назад +1

      There are tons of safety measures that unsure it will not turn on. You have to be sitting in the seat, then have the separator on then the header on… almost making it impossible for dibs to cause a accident. Thank you for your concern though.
