- Following the arrests of suspects in connection with the killing of 6-year-old Aiden Leos in an alleged road rage shooting, many are wondering why it took weeks to track the couple down. Cops say one reason is that they hid the car they were driving in at the time of the incident at the house of the suspected shooter’s grandmother. Marcus Eriz was charged with murder. His girlfriend, Wynne Lee, was charged with being an accessory after the crime was committed and with concealing the firearm #InsideEdition

@@damien1781 how would she know? When my grandparents went on vacation, heck even my parents they leave the house keys with my brother or I. Half the time we don't even speak to them till they get home, unless there's a issue. So I wouldn't find it hard to believe that he knew his grandma was away for a long time and wouldn't know what's in her garage or not. Plus it's a common car, not a rare one.

The felony murder rule allows you to charge her with murder. If a murder takes place during a felony then you can charge all members who committed the felony of murder.
I’ve been stumped on that as well. I’m not sure if California allows it like other states do. She also may have to be charged with accessory to murder “before the fact” in order to qualify a murder charge for her.

She is not as innocent as she may look. She was driving the vehicle. She instigated the situation by cutting the mother off and then she made the decision to maneuver her vehicle behind the car to allow her boyfriend to be able to aim and fire. She should have the same charges as her boyfriend. She could have stopped her car.

As far as it seems, there doesn’t appear to be a plea deal. Not saying there won’t be one, but they may not need her testimony. There’s enough to show that their commute puts them at the scene and that the boyfriend fired the weapon.

It goes hand in hand with the female’s charge as an accessory. I know the DA stated that they were looking at relatives too, but haven’t found evidence that the grandmother was aware that the vehicle was in her garage. Not saying it’s true, but it could result in additional charges to relatives if they can get enough proof.
