Thank you so much for the review of WT's new song and video. Sharon (vocalist and lyricist) spent some time in Yemen as a child and this song is about the plight of women in that part of the world; about their treatment and classification of persona non gratia . With their new album coming out in October, many of the songs are related to social issues. One song which is going to be on the album is called "Entertain You", This song is about how people who may look different aren't put on this earth for others entertainment. It has another awesome video. Another song is "Don't Pray For Me". This is about people's right to choose and not have to have being told "I'll pray for you to conform to how you are suppose to be". The video to this one is great too. Another song is "Wireless:. A song in support of Ukraine (in a way) but about a person believing the state run indoctrination and joins the army thinking they are doing good but upon their arrival home, they are met with indifference and disillusion. The video for this song is also an AI product. Sharon is passionate about social issues. She grew up being bullied and shunned (her father's work had them living in different parts of the world), and so she uses her platform to basically bring awareness of issues. One of their older songs "Frozen" (not the Disney song) refers to child abuse and the video is terrific. In fact, that song was chosen for "International Child Abuse Awareness Day" campaign in Europe. But anyway, thank you again for reviewing Within Temptation. It is greatly appreciated.

oh wow finally some Within Temptation! I've been hoping for them for so long! Sharon den Adel is awesome! Her voice is so great!
She is like Tarja and Floor from Nightwish and Simone from Epica, her background is more towards the Operatic sound, and self taught btw, but using it in metal music.
Within Temptation has been around for a looooooong time, and are still just as great as their first album was. Saw them live in..... I wanna say 2005, but could be 2006 or 07. Small avenue in Malmö, but it was epic. Such a great crowd interaction. And her voice is just as epic live.

This is the title track for the new album which is scheduled for release October 20. The 7th single released since the last album, all but The Fire Within are on this upcoming record. Cool song, heard it the other day when they released the visualizer, liking it a lot.🤘🤘
Sue , you asked about the other members. Guitarist Robert Westerholt co-founded the band with Sharon in 1996. They are partners , and have 3 kids together.

Hi, I've seen a few of your reaction videos to The Dooo, and Marcus Veltri. Personally my favorite person to watch is Frank Tadesco, and his videos do generally edit out the foul language, but he's still all around a funny and super nice guy. I encourage everyone to give him a listen, and I can tell that you enjoy music as much as myself. He is a diamond I'm the rough!
