Great video and another great clean up job well done. Such a beautiful place and its ashame that some people just let it grow up. I was always told to keep the tall grass away from the house or the rats will take over. That's a true statement!!! Good job brother and God be with you. Stay safe😊
Thanks so much for taking the time to watch. Anytime you let a place grow up, there's a lot of things that can happen. I enjoy making these lawns look better though.
Wow no words could describe that machine other than calling it the "Chomper" LOLOL Awesome machine for sure. The lawn looks BEAUTIFUL and love the size of those tires. I hope the owner appreciated your work and it left him smiling. God Bless you sir and this was more than a transformation it was a miracle LOLOL.
Haha...the Chomper out here getting it done! Thanks so much for taking the time to watch. I appreciate the kind feedback. The homeowner was very thankful that we were able to tame the wild overgrown lawn. Great customer! Be sure to check out the other Ventrac vids while you're here...
Really nice place out there. I think I would find myself taking the boat up and down that river looking for some fish to catch. Thanks again for watching!
Thanks a lot! I did hear the banjos a couple of times while I was out there lol. I just kept moving faster haha. Appreciate you taking the time to watch!
The Ventrac Tough Cut is awesome equipment. It chopped, cut, shredded,, sliced, and minced the grass and weeds. The After looks amazing. Owner probably drove straight past his property, not recognizing it from the road. Farmers will be hiring your services, to clear their fields.
Haha...it did ALL of the Above! Appreciate the support. It definitely looks like a totally different property now that it is cleaned up! Very nice place on the river!
Nice job, that Ventrac with that header can curtainly produce great results. Fantastic transformation through what looked tough going. More like that please.
Love the cinematic delivery...'sketchy getting there' on a dry, level and smooth dirt road. Now, the graveyard of vehicles and equipment on the way in.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! It's been very HOT here in Mowssouri. The real feel has been 100-110 the past 2 months here. And it's been very dry as you can tell from this job. Appreciate you taking the time to watch!

Hi y'all 👋... believe it not thats my cousin house❤ they have owned it fir a bit now but yes very beautiful home! Peace and love to y'all all! 😍😁✌️❤️💯🙏
Beautiful job, but I am glad you got out of there safely. Looks like the area around there IS pretty sketchy. You can't be too safe carrying all that expensive equipment. And shooting? Holy cow, what was that all about???
Thank you! And it was a little sketchy getting to the property. With the guy stopping and asking random questions, I was ready to finish up and head out as the sun was going down on me. Appreciate you sticking around til the end of the video. Thanks again for watching!
Thank you so much! Yeah, these cleanup jobs are so satisfying to complete. A really grown up mess can be transformed in a matter of hours. That Ventrac gets the job done! Thanks again for watching.
Great video!! There IS a difference between city folks and country folks. Things are different on a gravel road. I moved from the city too a property on a gravel road, way out in the county years ago. Its interesting. 😉😉
Haha...anything goes once you hit the gravel roads lol. We live on a gravel road as well. But thankfully we don’t have to pass through a bunch of junk to get to where we need to go lol. Thanks for taking the time to watch!
That sure looks familiar, my mom is from swampy Newport/Grubbs, Arkansas and dad grew up in New Madrid County. Much of the land along the Mississippi looks alike it seems. As to the guys looking for a place to shoot; not uncommon around here, we have ranges on all three of our farms.
Brad from Cooper Creek in Florida recently bought a Ventrac. Before you I didn't see anyone else who used them in their lawncare lineup. You always do incredible work and I enjoy your content! Well done on the property! I think it came out great. 👍. I wrote my comment in the middle of the video so I had to come back and write Wow! That was alot of work! That property was BIG! The owners will.be super pleased with the results. Also that guy was at the end was definitely wierd! I would have split real quick too. Just bc he sees a Ventrac ( not a tractor) he thinks it's okay to start shooting things? What a question?! You can never be too careful now a days with people. Better safe than sorry.
Yeah, Brad is doing great things with the Ventrac as well. You never know what you will run into here in Mowssouri. Some sketchy characters and lawns lol. Thanks for taking the time to watch. I appreciate the support! 💯
How does this deck hold up when you come across that lost wheel or random piece of scrap metal lurking in the weeds? Are the blades fixed, or do they pivot like traditional brush hog blades?
Somewhat, but it’s usually not worth going over a second time. If you’re wanting to process the material more, you definitely want a finish mower with some high lift blades. It will pick the material up and chop it up better.
What? No rattle snakes? Being from Hannibal, I did not know as a kid, we had rattle snakes. Visit Clarence Cannon Dam sometime. 1978, I started my trucking career, we hauled base rock for the roads and camping sites. Everyone carried a shovel, kill it, cut off the head and burry it deep! Nice job on property, I bet a lot of people would not take the time to weed wack after the mow was done, if they took on the job. 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍. Five and five is a perfect score. Not that we are keeping track.
No rattlesnakes on this one. There are copperheads and rattlesnakes in certain parts of this area though. I think I would be carrying something more powerful than a shovel if I was walking through rattlesnake country lol. Thanks for watching!
Do you ever run a finish mower over areas like that to give it a good finish look? Or does the tough cut do a good job without? I am looking at getting a Ventrac with the tough cut.
Charge what your time is worth. If it's an overgrown lawn like this, make sure you charge enough. Take an average weekly lawn price and make sure you triple that price at least. Lots of unknowns on a job like this. Never know what you'll find underneath all that overgrown mess. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching.
Looks great. I bet those guys at the end were asking if they can shoot firearms out there. Maybe they thought you were the home owner. I get that question from people that aren't from the area and don't know many people.
Yeah, I think so. It was just a little random for him to stop and ask about the tractor and then ask about that lol. You never know about ppl. But he continued on. Appreciate you stoppin and taking the time to watch.
The Ventrac is superior to any riding mower I've ever seen. It cuts the highest, thickest brush with ease. That being said, the more impressive feature of this machine is its efficiency with first pass cuts. It doesn't have to be reversed to recut pop-up stems that were rendered too flat for the blade(s) to reach. That is the weakness of any other riding, or stand-up mower. I would have called the owner about those suspicious, overly inquisitive teens. You handles the question regarding the Ventrac well. I hope that beautiful house does not sustain a peppering of bullet holes, or other damage. Great episode. I've seen a few of these, along with others. My concern is why must every lawncare host feel the compulsion to proselytize at the end of their posts?
Great job on the yard man, and meth heads are very bad out in South East Missouri, he was checking to see if he could steal your trailer and was trying to scare you with asking about shooting guns 🔫 😉 hahaha... Crazy people!! Praying for you dude!!! @Godprovides
