You said that the Hozelock Pump has a filter on the bottom . However, it appears to rest flat on the bottom of the Water Butt !. Does this affect the pump?? or does it sit on something.
Hi, would I be able to insert this in an IBC tank via the top opening? seems that opening is almost same size as this pump and I am a bit worried that it won't?
@@mihaimol Hi Mihai, i tried get it into one of my IBC tanks with no luck! I presume all ibc tanks have the same size top opening but not 100% sure! The pump measures165mm across the base if that helps! Shaun.

It does have a filter on the bottom, but the pump is designed to sit flat on the bottom of the water butt! It works great!
What is the float switch for you didn't explain how to use and how to set it up
