Little did you know when you met that good looking man and fell in love that you were also getting all that help in fulfilling your dreams. You are a lucky woman❤
Their dreams😊
@@jadedavis822Yes their dreams. They are both lucky and both of them are not hard on the eyes.
Donna I’m surprised that you assume Kenz didn’t have all this planned while she was still in her teens..
I love the windows
@@peacockgrandma they were a pain to fit.
Make sure you DO NOT TAPE AND MUD till you get the house to the new property!! Promise you won’t regret it, otherwise you’ll be making a lot more work for yourself
I was just going to say the same thing. Just hit the screws.
My thoughts exactly
I was just thinking that.
I was wondering about that…
This this thisssss
Just a little advice.I would not finished it until you're getting up on your property because you'll notice. It will crack During transit
Is it bear safe for when your not at the property?
I couldn't help but smile when I saw her baby belly. Adding to the family is always a good thing.
I thought the same thing! Love it!
yeah it's not like their are 8 billion people scrapping for resources , killing the planet so every " mother " can have her " precious Bundle " , parents are the biggest part of the problem and not a solution .
I wish the videos were longer. Love watching you all and the transformation of your project. 🙂
The best compliment anyone can give..me as an old person that can not do what you're husband does is more AWSOME that anyone can explain! Congratulations on the new one coming into your lives!! You both are wonderful people! Your a good example of what FAMILY really is!
I hung a piece of drywall once. Yup, just 1 piece once. Still there in all its glory with NO tape, mud, or paint. I’m a proud papa in my skills I had 15 years ago.
Drywall makes everything look so much better. Great job Spencer as always❤👍
Going to have to get used to leaving bigger clearances when cutting. That’s why you tape and mud. Great job !! Thx for the video …..
Still no update on where iow has been in recent videos? I hope bear didn’t loose his little mate. You guys are awesome but can you let us know about iow, I know others have also been wondering.
I’ve been wondering too. I hope all is well.
We would have seen him by now if he was still around.😞
@@judymcgowan2881 you think with how close we all feel towards this lovely little family that they would let us know, do a memorial or something? Unless they aren’t big dog people and no biggie, I sought it though, they seem so genuine and kind and loving. But maybe it’s just me? I feel part of their extended family, being with them from the first video, I just thought it strange the his not there and they haven’t said anything?
@@beresfordthompson1370 they have a lot of viewers. I guess they can't review them all .
Consider - the family may be processing a situation which is difficult to speak to. My thought, give ‘em time. Our “need to know” can’t be greater than their need at this time; they’ve got a lot going on. 😊
In addition to making the cottage look more real, with the sheet rock….Kinsey you are growing quite the baby belly. You look great ❤
Just a suggestion but when using your router to cut your drywall have your wife hold the nozzle of a shop vac next to the cutter and it will suck up all that dust. ✌️😎
Don’t want pregnant momma near this dust even with a mask.
Looking good! Having done a ton of drywalling in my life I agree with those folks saying not to tape and mud until you get the cabin to your property. I forget what you used in the house but I used the self stick fiberglass tape which was much easier. Also, one of the best investments I ever made back in my reno days was the sander with a vacuum attachment that virtually eliminated the dust. Having followed you guys since day one I'm still waiting for Spencer to use a proper carpenter's pencil instead of a ballpoint pen. 🤣
That baby boy is so cute, same as his sister. God bless you all! Sending love and kisses to those beautiful kids!
Always smile when I see a new posting knowing how little time there is in a day with 2 little ones another on the way plus building another home thank you so much for sharing praying for your energy and well being to continue 😊 ❤
It's really beginning to look like something. The best part is that you guys have done it all by yourselves. And succeeding in making another great 👍project. 👍
Super nice to see you every time!! one thing I would do, is doing the taping and pasting after you move the container to the mountain...greetings from Barcelona!!
Things are coming out beautifully, I also wonder what happened to the other dog.
I’m missing the other DOGGO. Please tell me what happened.
Same! 😢
Yes ,I want to know.
They never respond 😢
Consider - we should balance our “need to know” against a possible situation that the family is still working thru. 🙂
@@williamruddell6819 you’re exactly right, I’m embarrassed to say I hadn’t thought of it that way; I thought somehow I’d missed something. Thank you for reminding me.
Funny how they don’t address question. I still-like watching them
What ever you guys touch, it comes out perfect🤗. Love your builds and what you both come up with!! 👍👍❤️❤️🇨🇦
Hello, You guys have almost finished this cabin already, I truly admire you both, you started this journey just you two and you are almost on your third baby, God Keep blessing you and your little family. 💗🙏
Spencer is damn good at locating those wall outlets so accurately!
I am just asking for a friend...;) don't you hang the ceiling first so the walls help hold up the edges? That would also help take care of most of the gap at the bottom...I love you guys!!!
Normally, yes. But he's not putting drywall on the ceiling. It's going to be wood. Kenz likes wood!
Oh!!! I thought they decided to not use wood... Thanks for clarifying!!
In the big scheme of things, the imperfections will be covered up with tape and texture, and baseboards.Once it is done, you will forget-just like those darn tricks that you once knew! I have stuff in my jewelry workshop that I have bought, and don't remember why I bought them, but they were desperately needed at the time!
Still no sign of the other dog 😟Would be nice to know if he is ok.
thought the same thing :(
Bear is at 2:47
True!!!!
Not bear. They have/had second dog.
Tartrug is talking about Io. Io joined the family a year or two back. After Bear.
Everytime you post, you send me to my happy place. Love watching you drywall. Heck, I’d sit and watch your paint dry, that’s how much I enjoy your posts!
I hate when the fade out music comes on😢, but your journey is so amazing thanks for sharing makes my week!!😊😊😊❤❤❤
quite stressing, drywall is so forgiving, nothing that a little sheetrock mud and paint can't cure. you got this!
Also longer vids would be nice again 👌
Spencer's arms are LEGIT in the first part chatting in the doorway.... is someone doing pushups before the camera rolls???
Yes looks like he started to work out again great job brother.
Cute couple , kids are beautiful ,
Can’t wait to see how much the vegetation has grown since last visit for gate and road construction.
the lil cabin is lookin good y'all...... hope your other dog is ok hugs to the kids & have a great week
HELLO 🤗 your build is coming along nicely & Spencer - you do quality work👌 Kenzie, I love your laugh 😂 Beau & Cam are so sweet & having a great life 🥰
your hand held belt sander will be helpful when you get a part that's not quite fitting properly and you only need to take off a small amount.
Spencer, you are doing such a good job with the drywall, having never done it, I am amazed how you manage to cut out the switches and socket holes so exactly. Mackenzie, how much longer to go? You are looking in good shape.
Love from Mike. ❤
Hello buddy, hope you and your beautiful children are good,
God Bless You
And he is a lucky guy to have such a happy, cheerful lady by his side 😊
If Kenz ever stops giggling I won’t recognise her! 👩🦳😍
She's one in ten million..for sho
DRYWALL IS LIKE RIDING LIKE RIDING A BICYCLE ONCE YOU FALL OFF AND GET COVERED IN DUST, YOU REMEMBER WHAT NOT TOO DO.😂👍 HAVE A GREAT WEEK.
Keep going I know drywall is a pain in the rear end but the finished product is beautiful we will keep watching from up north in western Canada
Can't wait to see it rocked and painted with lights turned on. Considering the undertaking it's impressive to realize so few hiccups. Be proud of your accomplishments! 👍👍👍
Great job, on to what you do, and at the it’s comes out as a a beautiful and professional protect… love your work.
Drywall always makes such a big transformative difference! It's looking good Spenser. Kinze, you are looking happy and healthy, very good. Have a great week ahead! Larry, Central Valley, Ca.
It looks like a real home now. All those windows are wonderful.
It looks so much nicer. You always do an EXCELLENT JOB. It went so fast the vlog. GOD BLESS YOU. THANK YOU.
SE MICHIGAN 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏
You two are moving right along so smoothly making this big house build so simple looking and that is because The big guy knows what he is doing and it shows.
You guys are so impressive. SPENCER IS SOOO TALENTED.KINSEY IS THE BEST MY FAVORITE COUPLE.GREAT WORK.
OK Spencer… This is your self proclaimed grandpa speaking to you. The texture that you did in the house was probably the best in the entire world. That texture has the sheen of a new McLaren!
This young man is a cabin. You should maybe consider a little splattered, knock down texture and save two months of your life!
Grandpa signing off…
I love you guys! It’s looking really good!
Yes, extra screws in the drywall is good but don't go any further. Wait until it's moved and in place to do all the taping, mudding and painting or you will end up with all kinds of cracks in the joints. It won't crack the drywall but it will crack the joints if they're finished off.
U hit that right on the nail,& they had me the first video I watched. I love the way they interact with each other and the kids. ❤❤❤❤
You know, there are special drill bits for drywall that disengage with the screw as soon as it's fully sunk into the wall. So much easier than pulsing the trigger to get the right depth.
Should get himself a sheetrock dimpler. Will fit any drill and sets it the correct depth.
I don’t what it is about your channel, but I’ve been watching y’all for a few years. Your videos have a way of tugging at my emotions. Y’all are so beautiful to watch, the fun y’all have, how happy y’all appear. It brings me comfort, but it also serves as a reminder of what I could never have. God bless your family and thank y’all for sharing with us.
Hi guys IV been watching you for years now I have to admit I know nothing about building work I watch because your a beautiful family full of happiness kindness to each other your cabin is coming a long nicely the plaster board sure does make a difference 🌹🥰
U guys make me laugh with your funny comments!!! The love between the husband and wife!!! Looooooove that keep it up!!! It’s u guys being real and me and the hubby make those same jokes lol
We had a saying about the drywall getting messed up while installing, "we know a good finisher"
Spencer. Get a drywall screw gun that takes collated screws. You will never go back to the way you are doing it. It sets to correct depth and feeds screws of a strip. You will save hours.
Looks so much bigger - with the dry wall up - I'm anxious to see how it finishes off. Til next video - Love mla
I love seeing your family. 😊 you both make everything look so easy and yet I recall how strenuous the work is. I also think it’s really good that the children are included. They are learning numerous life lessons as you all go through the process of building and growing together.
Love you all and praying all the best for you.
♥️🌹
Spencer remember what they say about a grinder fixing a poor welders mistakes. Well a plasterer can hid drywall mistakes, don't panic. you're doing a bang up job mate, good on ya.
Been here basically from the beginning and look forward to a weekly viewing of 5 lives uncontained
Drywall is why I chose to finish my tiny house walls with luaun. Easy peasy. No dust, no sanding, no mud. Just a coat of polyurethane and done.
It’s good to see you all again and it’s good to see the drywall go up and yes, it makes it look much bigger
Are you actually planning on adding onto your container house so that the children each have their own room later on?❤
Spring in Texas is beautiful! It was lovely visiting with you today. Blessings on all of your endeavors!💕🐑🦌📬🍄📚🦉🖖🐈⬛🐈⬛🕊✨️
Your Family Is So Adorable, You Two Are So Hilarious, Great Job Guys!
It is looking so good. Can’t wait for it to be all finished
Drywall and painting skills are a not to be forgotten plus.....!
Don't worry Spence. Words may fail you, but we know where you are going. 😄 Feel as much pride as you want in the job you do in building your homes. I say you knock it outta the park. You're not boasting, just speaking the truth.
Bear is hilarious 🐶
Have you tried measuring from the wall and floor to the centre of your boxes then just put the drywall on with a few screws to hold it in place, then use the rotary cutter to cut out the box holes? Cut over from inside the box to the edge then move slightly to outside and cut around. I do it all the time.
Always enjoy early morning entertainment
The transformation! 👍👏
It looks so good. What a difference drywall makes. Job well done.
Sorry for saying this. Put we always put Drywall up on the celling first. That way if you drop the sheet, it does not damage the fresh wall drywall that you'll have to take down and replace it.
Run some trim at the top, by pushing that all the way to the ceiling you actually saved yourself a nightmare on the bead board install. I cut everything a 1/4" short and center in the opening. Save the tape and float until you have this at its final destination if you think that container will flex at all.
Looking great! Can’t wait till you get to the property!
Thank you all so much for sharing your lives with us. Your family is awesome. I don’t want to pry and hope I’m being respectful but I wonder is IO is okay as we haven’t seen him in a while. Be well L.U. Can’t wait to see the finished product.
I am just beginning today's video and I was thinking... You may want to use screws to put up the drywall. Here's my thought on that: When you go to drive the cabin over to the new property, think of all the earthquake-type motion the drywall will experience the whole way there. We have a big RV and just going a little ways, stuff rattles off pulling itself out of the walls, especially nails. NM, I just got the answer and you ARE using lots of screws. 😄 I love seeing all the progress you've made! Makes me wish my hubby and I were in our 30's again so we could build our house. :) The new cabin is looking great!!! Love all the light with so many windows! Happy finishing!! 💞
Great work, so far, but I have a feeling you're going to be repairing cracks in the drywall during shipping to your property. The tweaking and bouncing of the trailer will cause things to shift around a bit.
Looks like you are back in the groove with sheetrock, wish I had your energy and youth. Enjoy it, and don't ever forget, the day will come when you can no longer do that stuff!
Using the tongue-and-groove boards as spacers was a great idea that I hadn’t done before, but it makes perfect sense now. Even though you had to change the game plan because of spacing issues, it’s still a good idea for any DIYer to know about. The drywall really does transform it a lot. Regarding the cracks and such, that’s where the drywall mud can hide a tone of mistakes, so it’s no big deal just mud over them and keep moving forward. Just don’t forget to add drywall tape to the bigger cracks for extra strength.
you will enjoy your labor of love for your lifetime and your childrens legacy. BRAVO !
Youre amazing on this. I just got my 40ft container from Wuwi Shipping Container very cheap and even paid it upon delivery. cant wait to start working.
You both are amazing in what your doing .
Wondering what you'll do for the kids room, so they have more room to play on stormy days. I'd like to suggest 'Pullman' style beds that fold up against the wall when not needed and that'll leave more floor space for them.?. I grew up with bunkbeds and they do take space.3 beds in there that fold away would be better.
Kenz is going to have a girl... she's caring baby high. I could be wrong. But rarely. Can't wait to see baby join the Fam.
Oh my.. the cabin is coming along so well 😊 Also Kenzie's baby bump is growing 💗 Quick question,, do y'all have kinda a rainy season in April through May ?? Just asking, are you able to move the cabin up there before all that starts ?? I'm just thinking about how mushy the ground will be????oh yeah. What happened to IO ?? Your other dog???
Ah yes, the walls and door entrances begin to take shape. Looking great. You'll probably be moving the cabin soon!
"It could have been worse, I guess, but still..." Man, I felt that lol
It might only be one room that has drywall but what a difference, Spencer is so good at drywall. the little mistakes are so small. and Kenzie you are looking so radiant, I know this container will be as good as your home, have a wonderful week.
That Spencer is a do-it kinda guy not a stand around and talk-about-it guy lol! Happy Drywalling!
I think it is great how much work you'll do on your own
Nice work guys 🤟🇦🇺😎
Nice job on the drywall and thanks for sharing
It’s looking really nice. I can’t hardly wait to see how you decorate it, in the mountains.
I can’t contain my excitement for another episode. 😁👍👌✌️
You guys are making tremendous progress now! It'll only get better! Keep up the good work. Keep smiling! Keep raising that happy wonderful family you have!
Have watched you guys from the start and have enjoyed every video and very PROUD of all your progress including your children.
There's a drywall bit that sets the screw exactly at the right depth. It just dimples the face of the drywall for easy mudding.
readily available at Lowes and Home Depot. You're doing great.
Ahhh, the love/hate relationship with drywall. It's SUCH a game-changer, but it doesn't come without quite a bit of effort. It looks so good though, and you just keep gettin' closer. It's gonna be great!
I take my hat off to you sir to tackle that job amazing work and a beautiful family
